Has anyone discovered where Teezo films his music videos?

I’m a 409er and I have a friend who loves Teezo. He’s asked if I know where he films his videos, saying it’s located in Beaumont. I told him it looks like 60% of the “701” area. But have any of yall ever driven by the actual place?
