Each week we will have a megathread where you can submit one song to get heard and get feedback on.
Rules:
-BEFORE posting your song, please provide feedback on at least one song that has already been posted.
- Post ONE song in the comments that you are either working on or have finished and would like feedback on.

Would anyone be willing to make a rock version of my song Demon Killer? hehe
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGIqJO8NgVU&list=RDoGIqJO8NgVU&start_radio=1
I once did a great collab with an artist who sings a bit like Johnny Cash and that version is here:

But a rock version would be sick.
I just created this short out of curiosity, but I’d like to know if anyone else is crazy enough like me to record an album using this tiny device.
"Using this little device, I’ve thrown myself into recording two EPs simultaneously for Mtvare. Through this process, I’ve learned how to properly record, mix, and master, and I’m very proud of the sound I’m achieving. I’m really looking forward to sharing both EPs."
I'm waiting on the vox to finish the lyrics. This is an instrumental version of the song. Tell me what you think. Thanks for listening!
[LFG] Hey everyone,
Sorry if this isn't the exact place for this, but I figured I'd throw this out here just in case.
I’m currently looking for session musicians to collaborate with. I don't necessarily need "ultra-seasoned professionals," but I am looking for people who prefer or have experience working remotely and doing studio-style work from home. Specifically, I need a guitarist, a bass player, and a drummer.
The main requirement is that you have a way to record your instrument in high or at least decent quality (DI/mics, interface, etc.) and have access to some gear—whether that’s analog pedals/outboard gear or high-quality digital plugins and effects.
Here’s the deal: I’ve written a few songs and I’m planning on self-producing my own EP. Honestly, I’ve never tried doing something like this completely remotely before. Because of my current situation, I haven't been able to connect with local musicians in the new city I just moved to, so I wanted to see if anyone here is interested.
If you’ve done this kind of remote work before, or if this sounds like something you’d want to jump into, I’d love to share some of my demos with you, and I’d highly appreciate it if you could show me some of your work as well…
Drop a comment or send me a DM if you're interested. Thanks!
Hey, I’m looking for a vocalist to collaborate on an original track.
The song is already written and produced in FL Studio. I wrote the lyrics and vocal melody, and I’m currently using Synth V + Applio only as a quick demo/guide vocal.
The sound is dark, emotional and atmospheric, somewhere around alt metal / dark rock / nu-metal.
I’m looking for a real voice to bring it to life. Clean vocals, raspy vocals, male/female/any style are welcome as long as it fits the mood.
Quick demo here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DaO6a7KugS1/?igsh=djY0YzY2MzNoa2Zp
DM me if you’re interested. Cheers.
Hi everyone!
I started a Discord server called Musical Wildcard, and it’s a little different from most music servers. It’s making friends that has being in a band in their bucket list.
This isn’t a server where we’re trying to rush into forming a band next week.
The idea is simple:
Friendships first. Music second. Bands eventually.
I love the idea of a group of friends growing together over several years: sharing music, improving our skills, supporting each other, and maybe one day forming bands together. Think of the kind of friendships where everyone inspires each other creatively.
Whether you’re:
* 🎤 A singer
* 🎸 A guitarist
* 🥁 A drummer
* 🎹 A pianist
* 🎻 An orchestral musician
* 🎧 A producer
* ✍️ A songwriter
* 🎼 A composer
* 🎛️ An audio engineer
* 🎵 Or someone who’s just starting and wants to learn…
…you’re welcome here.
We have members interested in all kinds of music, so every genre is welcome.
The server includes spaces for:
☕ Everyday conversations
🎵 Music sharing and recommendations
🎼 Songwriting and production
🎨 Art, poetry, and other creative hobbies
🎙️ Open mics and listening parties
🎮 Game nights and study sessions
💬 Advice, encouragement, and celebrating each other’s progress
Our goal is to build a worldwide community of kind, curious, emotionally mature people who genuinely enjoy making music and helping each other grow.
Maybe you’ll find your future bandmates.
Maybe you’ll find your next collaborator.
Maybe you’ll just make lifelong friends who understand your passion for music.
If that sounds like something you’d enjoy, leave a comment or send me a message and I’ll invite you!
Hey everyone, I'm trying to improve the state of online music collab. I made a site called collectiv.fm specifically for music collab. Someone posts a song (or part of a song) with description of what they need; others add their contributions. Best ones get upvoted to top. You can do public or private session, including invite-only sessions if you want.
It's in beta right now, so it needs some work. Looking for REAL & COMMITTED musicians to test the user experience and see what works/doesn't work so I can build a better platform. Too many people say they're going to collab and never do it. So I need REAL collaborators to help me build a legit platform.
I imagine a good flow would be:
Any takers?
Vocal tryout demo is linked below:

We want someone to go wild with it.
DM me on here if you got recording equipment and want to give it a shot.
Hey, all. I'm looking for some cool people who have experience writing music and working with other musicians. It doesn't have to be anything super serious, but I like steady collaboration and maybe we'll put some songs out on some streaming services.
When I say I don't want anything super serious, I mean I'm not expecting to get signed or anything. But, I do take playing and writing drum parts seriously.
I like listening to and playing all kinds of genres. I have experience with pop-punk, hardcore, indie, alt rock, nu-metal, pop, shoegaze, and grunge.
I listen to a lot of Deftones, Hayley Williams (most recent solo album), Better Lovers, Dangerous Summer, Chappell Roan, Bon Iver, Circa Survive, The Beatles, Local Natives, Manchester Orchestra, etc.
I'm open to almost anything, but I'm not a blast beat, super-fast double bass, or fast punk skank beat player.
Here are some examples of my playing and couple past collaborations. If you are interested, DM me. If you have any demos or anything (recorded to a click, please), send them over!
A song I wrote, I am not much of a guitar player. Sort of has an indie pop, shoegazey vibe:

Faster pop-punk:

Alt-Rock bluesy type thing:

Sort of a pop rock song (recorded and mixed by the songwriter):

hey! guys ;) my name is cat, i'm an alt-rock + nu-metal inspired vocalist willing to collaborate and looking for someone who can audio engineer/wanting to learn, and who is serious about taking part!
i've recorded an original song with my own lyrics and vocals over a licensed beat, and I’m looking for someone who’s building their portfolio and would be open to mixing the vocals, full track for free or even as a collab!!
the vibe is dark alt-rock, evanescence inspired. I can send dry vocal stems, adlibs, instrumental, and a rough demo mix.
i can credit you as mixing engineer if I release/upload it. DM me with any examples of your mixes :)
Hi, I’m a lyricist. I’m looking for musicians, producers, singers, etc. My main genre is pop but I work with many genres, from R&B to Ambient. So, multi genre’d I guess.
I’ve been messed around by quite a few collaborators now, and so I’m looking for genuinely responsive and/or semi-professional collaborators (of literally any age) who will come through on collaborations and actually know how splits work.
I am currently working with a few people, and have had a couple songs released, but people are still messing me around on metadata so I am kind of at a loss on giving proper credits until my in progress stuff drops.
If you are interested and looking for a lyricist, I’m here, thanks? - Rubes
I’ve been working on a free browser visualizer for turning songs into simple videos:
https://visualize.autohustle.online/
I’m not posting this as a paid service — it’s free. I’m trying to understand whether bedroom musicians actually need this kind of thing.
The workflow is:
I built it for my own music because I kept finishing tracks but not having any visuals for YouTube/social posts.
For people recording at home: is this useful, or would you rather have lyric video tools, vertical clip presets, collaboration video templates, etc.?
Hey everyone. I have a weird release strategy where I completely ignore the algorithm and only put out one single a year. This is my 2026 drop.
It’s got that driving, crunchy guitar vibe heavily inspired by The Strokes, mixed with 90s grunge and my own alto rock vocals. The song is basically about the exact moment you fall out of love and realize the person you thought was extraordinary is actually just super ordinary and boring.
Check it out if that sounds like your vibe:

Hey everyone,
Just dropped a song I made called "We'll Never Be Friends."
I've been making music for a while but this is one of the first tracks I've actually put out. I'd really appreciate some honest feedback.
What worked? What didn't? Would you skip it or save it?

Thanks for taking a listen.
Hey everyone,
I'm a young music producer looking for an intermediate or advanced producer who would be interested in collaborating, practicing, and helping each other improve.
My goal isn't just to finish songs—I'd like to learn more about songwriting, arrangement, sound design, mixing, and the overall production process while working on real projects together.
I mainly enjoy creating emotional, melodic, and modern music, but I'm open to experimenting with different genres.
What I'm looking for:
Intermediate or advanced producer Open to collaboration and sharing feedback Friendly and patient Interested in growing together and building skills
If you're interested, feel free to comment or send me a DM with some of your work.
Thanks!
