Bear Pro price increase?

Just had an email from Apple to say the cost of my Bear Pro subscription is going up.

I've been a continuous Pro subscriber since (at least) August 2021, and understood that pre-Bear 2.0 subscribers were grandfathered in to the old pricing.

Honestly, not really that bothered about the price increase – I love Bear and £30 is perfectly reasonable for the amount of use I get out of the app. But haven't been able to find any official announcement from the Bear team to say the old pricing model is being retired.

Anyone else had this recently?

Bee ai vs Fieldy AI

I am confused between getting bee ai or fieldy AI. I do record my meetings and would like to use the device for meeting notes and summaries. I was checking and fieldy supports more languages and it supports auto language detection. But I’m also interested in bee ai personal context feature which seems to be lacking from fieldy. Can anyone recommend which one should be better?

Trying to cancel my order, no response

I bought a Bee Pioneer that was supposed to be delivered in 3days. I never got any shipping/tracking updates on the app or website. Sent emails, no response.
I won’t be at that address for much longer, so I had to cancel my order.
So I sent another email and again, no response.
Please help me get my money back.
As soon as I can I will buy it again, but next time I will make sure I can wait for more than a week for shipping

Bee team if you’re seeing this, please help me 🙏

Roadmap? Updates?

Overall my bee has been working quite well, and it's been a good experience so far, but I'm curious - especially for us android users - if there's some sort of roadmap or mention of planned updates and/or features the team is working on?

I've tried looking around but aside from the site, there's not a lot of mention of what's going on for the device for the near future, if at all. And with android users, until you get the device, you don't really know what *exactly* is missing from the experience compared to ios, which can be a bit of a bummer due to lack of information. Luckily, it's not a lot at this point, but would still be nice to know when potentially we'll see parity with ios.

There's probably nothing out there, bee doesnt seem to update much, but would be nice to know what to look forward to if anyone knows :)

Your favorite flow?

Can anyone share their favorite flows and use cases? So far I'm using it to capture ideas, and I see the to-dos in the app. I'm wondering the best way to have ideas and to-dos sync automatically and take actions on notion. It's only my second day using it so trying to get ideas from people here.

Can't login with Google, nor keep the device paired.

I have a Bee Pioneer that was purchased and used previously about a year ago, and not much since then.

I am trying to use it again, but I have two issues:

  1. When I attempt to log into the Bee AI app on Android with my Google account, I get a screen that just says Unknown Error.

  2. When I attempt to pair it to the same phone with Bluetooth, it will ask about my contacts, etc, and I approve, and then it immediately unpairs.

What can I do to make the device work again?

Trying to return, no response from company

Got my Bee on Wed, ran into issues and have not heard back from the company. On Saturday, I submitted a return request via the Shop app and have not heard back till today, Tuesday. I also sent them an email yesterday (Monday) and also no response.

Their policy is it must be returned within 7 days and I’m really hoping I don’t have to do a chargeback with my credit card company.

Just frustrating because when I was looking to purchased, had reached out to them via email and got responses within hours and now when I want to return, it’s just crickets…

Use for Retiree

Dusted Off My Bee that sat unused since October 5, 2025. I recharged it yesterday, and this morning I was able to bring it alive after updating the firmware. I have the fortune of being retired, so there isn't a business related need for its use. Any ideas on what would be an effective use?

How often do you actually read the transcript?

I've noticed the transcription misses a fair amount, it's mangled plenty of what my friends and I said. The summaries have still been working okay for me though, which made me wonder which part people actually rely on. Do you read the transcript itself, or mostly just the summary? Curious whether accuracy is the real problem or if I'm looking at the wrong layer.

Is it just my Bee Pendant or is it just bad?

I ordered the Bee Pendant last week. While waiting for it, I use Bee with my Apple Watch and it worked well. Transcription could have been better, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

When my Bee Pendant came yesterday, I set it up and took it out to work and about today, and man, what a disappointment. For one, it is not always listening, which I guess is fine, I can switch to 24H mode, which should work about the same. I kept the mic off at the offce, but turned it on when I was commuting back and that's where things went south.

As I was walking home and had some thoughts, so I just raised the Bee Pendant to my mouth and spoke my thoughts into it. I confirmed the LED was Green.

But when I got home, I wanted to work on that, and noticed that it had not recorded anything. None of the surrounding audio, not even the train announcement, or the conductor who came up to me to check the ticket. Even what I said on the walk back didn't show up.

Is this normal? Where did I go wrong? The device was fully charged (100%) and I confirmed LED was Green the whole time. Not a good Day 1 experience.

Is it worth it on android?

Hi everyone I used to have a Bee and I was on ios at the time and really loved it. I have since lost my device during a move and have switched to android. Is it worth it to get another device while on Android or should I avoid it all together and look for something different?

Anyone else having issues with the Bee Pioneer action button cutting you off mid-sentence?

I really, really want to love the Bee Pioneer. The concept is great, but there’s one major issue that is completely breaking my workflow: I can't have a meaningful discussion with the voice assistant.

Whenever I press and hold the action button to speak, it regularly cuts me off and starts responding before I can even finish what I'm trying to say out loud.

This seems to be a clear issue with how the device registers holding the action button down. The hold input appears to drop or trigger prematurely while speaking, which forces the assistant to start responding mid-thought.

Until this action button issue is addressed, the voice assistant feature just isn't very usable for my day-to-day work. I really hope they fix this in an upcoming update, because that's when this device will actually become useful for me.

Is anyone else running into this button-hold issue, or found a way to prevent it from dropping input while you're talking?
