May 2024- July 2026

I’ve spent the last 2+ years trying to build myself into a man. I am 21 now and when I started I had just turned 19 and realized I was getting too damn old to still be built like the average middle schooler . The gym is where I found that I have grown the most both mentally and physically and have fallen in love with the gym and who I am becoming. I still have a long ways to go but I’m still very proud of what I was able to achieve over the last 2 years!

2 & half years in the making 🤪

I went on holiday recently not thinking I was in the best shape until my girlfriend took a photo me after a sweaty workout and I was impressed! Just to see how far I’ve come in the 2.5 years of hitting the gym as you’ll all see from my photos 😬 sending all my love and respect to everyone in the gym community 👏

37m 2 month progress. Looks promising?

1mg oral finasteride daily, 5mg oral minoxidil daily. Been on this regiment for two months, also doing exosome treatments with TED and NOUVADerm, weekly micro needling, and I had PDO threads implanted at the start of my treatment.

The lighting and length aren’t the same, but I’ll do better with my next pictures.

The area shown here is my right temple.

8 weeks progress

24F | 5’2” (157 cm)
Just wanted to share my progress because a few weeks ago I genuinely thought my fat loss had stopped working.
I started a 12 week fat loss program on May 4 at 69.4 kg (153 lb) and after 8 weeks I’m down to 62.7 kg (138 lb).

Here’s what I’ve been doing:
Calories: 1300–1400/day
Protein: 110–120 g/day
Strength training: 4x/week (progressive overload)
Steps: Usually 8–10k/day

The frustrating part was that I got “stuck” around 65 kg (143 lb) for almost 4–5 weeks. My waist measurements also barely changed during that period and I was convinced I had ruined my metabolism or that my calories had become my maintenance.
Turns out… I was wrong.
I was in my luteal phase for part of that time, and once my period ended my weight dropped rapidly over the next few days. Looking back, it seems like I was holding onto a lot of water while still losing fat underneath.
Comparing my Week 1 and Week 8 photos has made me realize the scale wasn’t telling the whole story.
I’ve also gone from a 32 inch waist to 28 inches, which I’m really happy about.
I’m nowhere near finished, but this experience taught me not to panic every time the scale stalls.
Would love any feedback on my progress or any advice for the next phase of my cut! 🧿

M/25/5’9 [150lbs > 175lbs =25lbs] (3 years and 4 months) Same fit

First photo is before I started going to the gym in February 2023 and current/after photo is June 2026.

Barely could squeeze into these pair of shorts anymore for the after photo. Can’t even wear it in any real way plus the zipper refused to fully close. But wanted to put it on for old time
