Finally got a stadium.

I got back into Beyblade about a year ago but I never purchased a stadium. Today I was walking through Walmart and saw the drop attack was on sale so decided on a whim to finally grab one.
I know it’s not a TT and the drop attack is buns, but it’s fun and better than nothing. Plus it got the kids to ignore screens for a few hours.

New Wheel Blade lighter?

Is it just me, or is 2,5g difference like a lot for just a plastic component? Not sure if it's just a new mold or I'm kinda un/lucky with my parts?

Deck for locals today!

hello Bladers! I just wanted to post and see your feedback on my deck for today. Front is the main beys I’m gonna use, the back are alternates. From left to right, Dran Strike 3-60 Unite, Meteor Dragoon 7-70 Level, Pegasus Blast Wheel 9-60 Free Ball. For the back it’s Wizard Rod 3-60 Ball, Hover Wyvern 3-70 Kick, and Samurai Calibur 1-60 Low Orb. Feel free to give any feedback or suggestions for my deck!

Some absolute tomfoolery (8-50)

My friend had a very stupid idea, to make an 8-50 ratchet out of the shark and Knight parts. The burst resistance is worse than a simple ratchet. Not recommended lmao

Beware of missing pieces when buying!

Hey Bladers, I want to warn folks of something that happened to me today so you can hopefully avoid it. I was at Walmart today looking for beyblades (as I'm new to the hobby) & saw they had Hammer Incendio. I was excited because I know Hexa is excellent. When I got to my car, I realized that the package had a small rip and someone had taken out the parts. Annoying, but I was still at the store, so I went in and exchanged it for the other Hammer Incendio they had. I examined it carefully & it was neatly taped up.

I opened it when I got home, and... yup, someone stole hexa out of it and taped it back together. Or someone returned it without hexa and they just put it back out for sale. Whatever happened, I'm hexa-less and just bummed.

SO, if you're buying from big chain stores, inspect your beys carefully and open them all the way before you drive home! It sucks that people are coming after beyblades like this, but I hope other people don't have the same experience as I did.

TLDR: a seemingly perfectly sealed package had actually been opened & a valuable part removed.

Slim grip for string launcher

I created this grip, it has a snap lock on the back that can be further secured with an M2 screw and also has a hole for a wrist strap.

If you like it the model is freely available on makerworld!

I won and got 3rd place

Combos: DranStrike 3-70J, MeteorDragoon 7-70L, and BahamutBlitz BH1-60LR.

I pissed on those repetitive over competitive combos, so the Beydorah combo setup sometimes works.

Found my ace

Unicorn Delta Heavy 9-60 Narrow.

It hits like an absolute TRUCK while still maintaining alot of stamina. And if you flat launch, can get to to act somewhat like a rush bit early game. Been trying on my own and wow is this good.

Optimal Budget Build for Tournament?

Hello! My first tournament will be coming up next week so I did some research on the first tournament earlier by watching, and I saw how bladers mostly use Wiro, Shark Scale, Cobalt Dragoon and Phoenix Wing.

My current deck is:

  • Wizard Arc (stock)
  • Impact Drake 4-50 Flat
  • Dran Brave 4-60 Vortex

I have three questions. First of all, is there any budget parts you recommend especially for Brave and Arc? I am confident with my Drake build atm.

And 2nd question, what kind of launch should I use per beyblade? Since I dont have a stadium myself so I could only practice within the venue while watching videos beforehand.

And lastly, any budget counter builds or beyblades I must get my hands on? While it's impossible for me to get either WiRo or SS, I decided to get a beyblade that counters them with the right build.

Any advice, tips, tricks and help are welcome for my future tournaments!
