I'm relocating to Bhuj from Jharkhand next week for a new job. This is my first time living in Kutch and my biggest worry is non-veg food — I eat it regularly and know Kutch skews heavily vegetarian in a lot of areas. so I'd really appreciate any advice from locals on Rental areas that won't have restrictions on cooking non-veg at home

Any non-Gujarati community groups (especially East India or non-veg-friendly) who've navigated this already

Help me find this legendary Khavda Vadapav

there was a guy selling “Khavda Vadapav” and puff near Manglam, His vada pav and puff were seriously delicious — one of those street-food tastes you just don’t forget.

But one day, he disappeared from his usual spot, and I have no idea where he went.

I’ve asked several of my friends and relatives but unfortunately, nobody seems to know where he is now.

If you have ANY information about the Khavda Vadapav guy — where he is now, where he moved his stall, or even his name/contact — please let me know!

So… I’m back in Bhuj. Now what?

So I left Bhuj a few years ago for studies, work, life and all that good stuff.

Now I’m 23, back home, working remotely and suddenly realised my entire social circle here has either moved away or become too busy to exist. 😭

WFH is great until you realise your most consistent conversation of the day is with your laptop.

So yeah, kinda trying to rediscover some new people here. Chai, random drives, food, gaming, exploring places, sitting somewhere and talking absolute nonsense, I’m down for pretty much anything.

Women's safety in Gujarat.

The recent cases of sexual assault in Gujarat are extremely disturbing. One victim was from Kutch and was staying in a PG, while the accused was reportedly from outside Gujarat and had not undergone a proper background check.

Another case was even more horrific, with the victim losing her life.

We often proudly say that Gujarat is a place where women can safely go out even at night. But with incidents like these happening, how long can we continue to say that?

I hope the authorities take these cases seriously and ensure strict punishment under the law. Women deserve to live without fear.
