Let me give you some context. I bought the Wahoo Kickr Core V2 with Cog and Click, and after using Zwift for a few months, I decided to switch to MyWhoosh.

I bought the Bike Control app and followed all the instructions, but it still doesn’t work. It connects correctly to both the Kickr Core and the Zwift Click. I unlock it by connecting it to Zwift first, and then I connect it in MyWhoosh.

The problem is that even though everything appears connected in Bike Control, when I press the buttons on my controllers, the signal does not reach the Bike Control app, and therefore it also doesn’t reach MyWhoosh.

I’ve tried reinstalling everything, closing and reopening the apps, but nothing works. What seems strange to me is that when I first downloaded the app to configure everything, it worked correctly. Then the next day, when I tried to use it again, it stopped working and has not worked since.

I also updated the firmware on the controllers, but that didn’t solve the issue.

Please help me.

Hello all, I'm considering giving this a go. I am running a JetBlack Victory with a single-speed bike, so I really benefit from the virtual shifting. Before I purchase, I want to know if it will work. I read on the site that it will, but with workarounds. I will be running MW on a MacBook, so do I need to purchase and install BC on the laptop? Do I need to do anything in the JetBlack app? And I've read that I need to unlock the Click controllers in Zwift before opening the BC app, then the MW app. Am I missing anything?

Oh, and if I purchase it in the MacBook, do I need to buy it again if I want to try it in a PC or my phone/iPad?
