Hello,

I have a Zwift hub trainer, with a Zwift cog attached, and also zwift play for controller for virtual shifting. I have decided not to use Zwift anymore and started using MyWhoosh, which is connected through BikeControl app

I had no issues with the setup, but my controller keeps on disconnecting after 15 seconds and I need to press some button on the controller to reconnect again. Does anybody face the same issue? and is there any way to prevent my controller from disconnecting after 15 seconds. It is super annoying

I’m at my wits end here and can’t figure this out. Is there a step by step tutorial on how to properly configure an Xbox controller to work through BikeControl to Zwift? I’ve looked and looked and looked and everything seems to list that it should just natively work. But I cannot get my controller inputs to be read. BikeControl knows I have a controller connected and recognizes I’m making inputs on said controller but I can’t categorize or otherwise configure what those inputs do.

For context, using BikeControl on Windows PC with Zwift on the same PC and trying to use my Xbox Elite wireless controller.
