Suppose someone has a few coins mined in the early 2010s, what would be the process of selling them in the current market ? I want to know about the laws, regulations, taxation, compliance etc regarding this.
Has anyone tried Expert Picks (by Market Wind) in CoinDCX? How was your experience?

- High leverage they push
- No detailed historical data to analyse (they do not show the loss % on their past stop-loss transactions)
- 62% Success rate with 5.57% profit is too good to be true
- No algo option to opt
- There is no verifiable data

Do I still need to pay tax on individual profitable trades, or is tax calculated based on my overall net P&L?

So I have been seeing a lot about crypto card recently and how easily you can use it to pay or even withdraw money through it. So my question is how does this exactly works? Do I have to worry about crypto taxes and other legal stuff? I have also seen crypto cards with No KYC so how does that work?
Do I just load my crypto into the card and use it like I normally use my debit cards? Do I have to pay taxes on it or worry about legal stuff?

Shall I declare 2L profit and pay 30% tax? Or can it be considered as business loss?
I still have some crypto holdings on WazirX and want to move everything out and eventually close my WazirX account. I cancelled WazirX ZERO after realizing it was deducting from my crypto balance when my INR balance was insufficient.
I already have a CoinSwitch account with KYC completed. Should I transfer my holdings there, or would you recommend creating an account with another exchange/wallet?
Also, is CoinSwitch free to hold crypto, or are there any ongoing/hidden charges I should know about?
