If you had 5 Tao to stake right now what subnet would you stake to?

Haven’t been on the discord, but SN3 now has its name. Hopefully the emperor Const has the key, because I’m back in!

First, I want to say that I deeply respect Seby. He’s smart, well spoken, charismatic, likable, and seems like a great leader for the most part. When Ditto got scammed out of almost a million dollars worth of alpha, I defended him, and I still defend him for that.

With that said, subnet 46 changing from Resi, a real estate subnet, to Zipcode, the “bank of Bittensor”, to Instant Inference, yet another inference subnet, all within like 4 months, is batshit crazy. I understand his reasoning. He thinks subnets that don’t make decent revenue fast enough aren’t going to make it to the top, where all the emission now are, thanks to the god awful bittensor update. But turning a subnet you’ve been working on for many many months, after all the promises you made your stakers in terms of what was going to happen is a huge blow in trust. As investors, we need some sort of reliability and predictability. Changing your subnets whole purpose every few months makes it seem like you can’t make up your mind, can’t achieve your goals, or just don’t really care.

So, for now, I’m staking my tao elsewhere. Seby could absolutely get my attention again at some point, if his subnets can prove themselves. What do you all think?

It seems like the subnets are getting too top heavy now ……if a subnet loses emissions, everyone runs to the ones with them…seems like no one holds anymore …months ago there was not one subnet that was even under a $1 for sometime….looking at the charts from a year ago , many of the subnets that are under $1 now were over $3-$5 or more ……IMO, this is not looking good …curious what others think
