I live in Australia so shipping is expensive, my friend and I usually buy the same vinyl so were wondering if there is a drop can we buy 2 and share the shipping or will they cancel it?

Well, it finally happened. I received two Lizzie McAlpine jackets but no vinyls to be found. I’ve emailed customer service with pictures in hoping to get them replaced, fingers crossed.
Has anyone had this happen? Did customer service help out?
