I am writing this here because your zendesk support is just sending me robotic copy-paste answers and i am losing my mind. There is a serious bug with BlueStacks 5 Raw Mode on the new AMD AM5 platform, specifically with the Ryzen 7 8700G APU.
When i try to force raw mode from the config file (bst.force_raw_mode="1" and bst.status.raw_mode="1"), bluestacks completely fails to see my virtualization and pops up the "VT disabled" error.
And before your support tells me to enable it in bios, please look at what i have already done. I am not a newbie.
Microsoft-Hyper-V-All, VirtualMachinePlatform, HypervisorPlatform are all gone). My hypervisorlaunchtype is strictly set to OFF.It says it's not compatible with this version. Brand new Bluestacks install. Windows 11 laptop (HP).

smart aim doesnt track my mouse like it should
I don't know if it's just me, but lately the aiming with brawlstars has been very weird. I swear I remember the aiming part being aligned with the brawler but currently the aiming part is starting from the centre of the screen? Or just misaligned. Those images show where the aiming part starts when I right click, and you can see it's off.
I did update the controls, and also updated blue stacks, and I reset the smart controls and it's still bugged.
Anyone else experiencing this?
I've been using BlueStacks for years; I was stable on an older version of 5 (I think v5.13.100.1019). This morning, BlueStacks gave me a "Cannot start Bluestacks" error that wasn't fixed by a restart. I updated to the latest version and it said the same. Since I'd made a recent backup, I uninstalled it and tried a fresh install - now it starts up but won't let me restore my data (backup is from end of April) saying that it was made on a different version. I found an old installer for v5.13 but get the same "BlueStacks can't start" error as before. I updated to Nvidia drivers released yesterday but it didn't make a difference.
Is there any way to restore my backup?
Using a couple apps, neither has this as a built in option. Is there some way to tweak some setting/key mapping in bluestacks to force ENTER to send a message instead of starting a new line of text? It's maddening having to move hands from a physical keyboard to the mouse to send every...single...message.

Hello there I have been using bluestacks from a very long time and I absolutely love it. Now from yesterday there has been a problem I created an instance but that got corrupted, it would just show white screen and nothing else and then my master instance also showed same behaviour even after restarting nothing changed so i reinstalled the whole emulator and from then whenever i open my game(Free Fire) it would just crash.
I used bluestacks 5.22.86.1001 Nougat 32. Then I downloaded latest bluestacks 5 Nougat 32 Emulator and the crashing still persists.
The game is also crashing in Nougat 64 but it crashes after 2-3 minutes whereas in Nougat 32 it crashes within a minute.
I have also changed the architecture of my game and also its version from FF to FF Max but the game would still crash.
Can You please look into the Problem and give a solution. Your Support will be appreciated.

I tried to log in to my Google account, but it keeps saying Checking info. After trying and retrying for a long time, I still can't go in, and it said communication error
It works fines until the title screen, then when I click it shows "now loading" but after a few seconds the game closes and sends me back to bluestacks home screen...
Any fix?
Hi! I just downloaded Bluestacks on my phone and on my laptop. As I couldn't find any way to upload APKs on the phone, I uploaded the APK on Bluestacks (on the laptop) and it runs well. I've logged into the same account on both devices, but I cannot see the APK I loaded on my laptop on my phone. Is there any way for me to sync the two apps, or upload the APK to Bluestacks Mobile directly? Thanks!
Edit: I wanted to add that I need Bluestacks to run the app as the app was built for an outdated version of Android. The issue isn't game data, it's the game itself đ

After installing BlueStacks, I uninstalled it manually without using any tools. Now, I canât delete the âBlueStacks_nxtâ folder in the ProgramData directory. Furthermore, I canât reinstall BlueStacks.
