How do this Carfax report look? Would you buy this 2025 X6 M Competition?

I'm looking at buying a used 2025 BMW X6 M Competition with about 9,000 miles, and l'd really appreciate some opinions from people who know what to look for.
From what I can tell, everything looks clean and repaired, but I wanted a second opinion in case I'm missing any red flags.
Some details:
2025 BMW X6 M Competition
~9,000 miles
Clean title
Accident (attached photo of report)
Single-owner vehicle (trom what I can tell)
VIN: 5YM23ET02S9Z99381
I've attached screenshots of the reports. Do you see anything concerning? Would this history make you comfortable buying the car, or is there anything | should ask the dealer about before moving forward?
Thanks in advance! Price seems too good to be true so opinions would be greatly appreciated.

STRANGE NOISE

Hello everyone

I hear a strange groan or hum after I turn off the engine.

This doesn't happen every time, but when it does, it's definitely noticeable. The sound appears immediately after turning off the engine and lasts for a few seconds. I've also noticed that it rarely occurs on very short trips, but tends to happen more frequently after the car has been driving for a while.

• It only happens after turning off the air conditioning and engine, not while the car is in motion
• Rarely, but it happens while driving, but it's very unusual
• It lasts for a few seconds and then stops

Has anyone experienced this?

Individual Smyrna Green G80 M3 Comp Xdrive

I've had this beaut for a little while and never got around to posting it. I love rare colors so when I saw this I had to have it. This is a Porsche PTS color for those who aren't familiar. Also loving the tartufo interior but no buckets because wife was pregnant with twins 😄 (can always upgrade later).

This car can really do it all! I recently took our whole family on a trip to a wedding, filled to the brim with luggage and twin stroller etc.

Midpipe on the way and CS tune up next. Hitting the MPACT timed course at Pocono Raceway in August. I'm stoked to push this thing to the limits.

BMW M4 g83 Extended Warranty UK

Hi, I’m looking to purchase a 2022 M4 cabriolet. Just enquired about the official BMW extended warranty and got a quote for all component cover for £1673 with £250 excess! Is this quote reasonable?

Consiglio BMW

Salve a tutti,

BMW X5 M60 buying question

I’ve been looking at getting an X5M 60. MSRP is $106,900. They are taking off 12 K. Being military, I will get another 4K off. It seems to have everything I would wanna have and based on what I’ve read it seems to be a fair deal. I’m trading in life, F150 Raptor and keep debating what I should do. I finally drove one with the air suspension. It certainly seems like it’s a better ride. I guess I have two questions… for those that have the air suspension, any regrets? It does not seem like that option is on a lot of cars. The second question, after rebates, what percentage are people getting off?

help between deciding on a 2026 M2 or 2025 M4 competition

So i’ve been thinking for a while now about purchasing a 2026 Frozen pure gray M2 for 83k out the door with carbon fiber roof, black leather and red highlight, Lighting package, carbon fiber trim and M shadow line lights or going with a 2025 M4 Competition red leather at 80k before taxes, it has 8700 miles and come with a Valvetronic exhaust and resonator delete. Does anyone have any opinions, i just can’t seem to decide which one to get lol. I was originally planning on getting a M4 laguna seca 2025 but by the time i called it was already sold. :/

BMW 1 Series 118D Sport 66 Plate

Hi, I have found a 118D Sport 66 Plate 1 series with 86k miles.

It has service history etc.

I have checked the car out - engine / body work / drive is all good.

As I will be using this vehicle to drive to my office and long journeys on the weekend - is it worth purchasing? I’m getting a really good deal from a friend of mine.

Thanks

Would you spec your M5 in this colour?

This G90 M5 looked incredible in person.

Not usually a fan of bright colours, but the black accents and wheels work really well with the green.

What colour would you choose for a G90 M5?

Anyone else have a BMW dealer sell them a car with undisclosed damage?

Quick recap of my situation: I purchased a BMW remotely from a dealership, trusting the brand and the BMW‑certified inspection process. After delivery, a BMW‑certified repair facility found nearly $6,000 in prior damage that was never disclosed—damage they said should not have passed a standard pre‑sale inspection.

The dealership denied responsibility, and BMW North America wouldn’t intervene. I’ve since learned this isn’t an isolated issue, but I’m trying to understand how widespread it actually is.

Has anyone here experienced undisclosed damage, post‑sale discovery of repairs, or dealers refusing accountability on a BMW purchase? Curious how others handled it and what the outcome was.

For new/perspective owners: Everything I wish I knew before buying a i5 M60 (2024)

  1. Don't get the 21" rims, they have no approved winter or all season tires for these size wheels. This leaves you with 2 options: Buy a second set of expensive rims or void part of your warranty by using non-approved tires

  2. Staggered setups run through tires insanely fast. Because you can not rotate the front and rear tires, the rear tires on this heavy EV with high torque burn out very quickly. Look for a 19" squared setup if you can

  3. Aftermarket rims will be very hard to find, this vehicle is incredibly heavy and requires very strong rims and tires to support that. The majority of rims will support 1600 or less lbs, this is not enough if you carry multiple people or a full trunk

  4. 21" rims have significantly less range than what you see advertised

  5. Change the sport mode powertrain from 'sport' to 'comfort'. You get access to full power without the jerky acceleration of tapping the pedal. If you love to stay in sport mode this makes stop and go traffic and parking easier. It also saves a lot of electricity

  6. Regen braking in 'B' drive mode will not save you money overall, it burns out the rear tires very fast. Try 'Medium', 'Adaptive', or 'Heavy' regen instead. You'll still have to brake but the money you save on tires will outweigh any electricity/brake pad savings easily

  7. Consider optional 'full replacement insurance'. Fender benders can easily exceed the full replacement threshold of the car because of the expensive sensors and electronics in the bumpers, especially when the depreciation is factored in. Many insurance companies will not opt to repair, and would rather replace the entire vehicle. Insurance companies offering replacement insurance will pay out the full cost of the vehicle, not the depreciated value

  8. Buy a digital tire gauge yourself and go by the sticker label on the door. The BMW sensors are inaccurate. They're off 90% of the time (mine doesn't even suggest more air for the rear staggered tires, which it should as per the door panel)

  9. Replacement keys are over $1000, get a protective case for yours

  10. Before getting excited about self-parking and self-driving type features, check if they are allowed in your own country. You may pay for severely limited functionality

Overall I love the car, but the cost of a second set of rims (BMW will charge you $6000 CDN for 19" squared rims with winter tires), severely reduced range, and burning through tires, my only regret is not getting 19" squared rims in the first place and fitting them with all seasons.

Thankfully I got it used for 60% off with 30k kms or I'd be pretty upset
