MS login screen each time I want to play

Hi, so I've encountered the MS login screen each time I want to play a gamepass game. Previously this was solved and you just needed to resync your account on the Boosteroid menu. Is this an issue you're aware of and is there a fix coming? It's becoming increasingly frustrating.

Normally when i play games boosteroid connects me to the jacksonville server which works well. But while playing a game i started experiencing severe lag around 30 minutes ago and it never cleared. I closed the session to run a speed test and saw that it wasnt testing for the jacksonville server. Is it down at the moment or did a setting somehow get changed?

I want to keep this respectful, but I’m incredibly frustrated with the current state of Boosteroid's support and service.

I’m experiencing constant crashes where the image turns completely black, followed by a "Something went wrong" error. It happens mostly while playing Mouse PI for Hire. Sometimes I manage to get a full session in if I force myself to stay on, but even then, it always ends up crashing by the end. The service is currently unusable for me (as i can play and eventually lose my save since the game crashes without me closing and allowing steam to upload to the cloud)

On May 10th I reported the issue and provided all requested data. Support opened ticket SO-14548.
As of today it has been 11 days, the issue persists. Every time I follow up, I get the exact same generic response: "Nothing yet, we’ll let you know once we have an update."

I understand technical bugs take time to fix, but 11 days with zero real updates is not a great customer experience. Leaving paying customers completely in the dark while the service remains broken is unfair.
Does anyone else experience this specific black screen crash? And to the Boosteroid team: How long does it typically take to get a real update on an open ticket?

Jedi survivor was originally showing “under maintenance” a couple days ago. Now it is not showing up at all any more in my list and when i search the game. Maybe it is just related to my server location, not sure

A few months ago, Boosteroid said they intend to launch new, more powerful servers with 9000 series graphics cards. Any news on that? And will it be implemented on all servers or only in some countries? Another question: will these new servers be available on any plan, or will a new subscription plan be created exclusively for using these new servers?

Game is unplayble, random frezzes and drops, you literaly play like the game was stoping each second, only happens in forza, i tried heat, payback and metro, all works perfectly, only happening in forza, last night the game worked ok

is the boosteroid team planning to add amd technology alternatives to Nvidia and GeForce now? like amd anti lag. what about hdr and vrr? and are they planning to increase the bitrate to 100 to match Nvidia?

Hi all i am writing this post to talk about my experience on boosteroid.

I used to play games on a MacBook Air M1, so I had to rely on cloud gaming services to play many titles.

At first, I used NVIDIA GeForce NOW, and honestly it was amazing. The input delay was very low, the quality was great, and it felt almost like playing on a real gaming PC. I used it for about a year, but eventually the prices went up, so I stopped paying for it.

After that, I switched to Boosteroid because it was much cheaper, and I bought a one-year subscription. At the beginning it was decent for maybe 2 months, but then the experience became terrible. The stream quality got really bad, it felt poorly optimized, the ping and delay were extremely high, and I couldn’t even use my microphone properly in games.

Playing on it became frustrating because the lag was so bad that some games were almost unplayable. Every time I contacted support, they kept giving me the same solutions, and none of them fixed anything.

Recently, I switched to an actual gaming PC, and the difference is huge. It’s infinitely better than my experience with Boosteroid.

So in my opinion, if you can afford NVIDIA GeForce NOW, go for it. It’s far better overall. Personally, I would not recommend Boosteroid based on my experience.
