Hi All, 

  I have both a SoundTouch 20 & the accompanying portable speaker, model #412540.  About a month ago, I moved the portable speaker to a different room, w/out the AC adapter.  When I moved it back to my office and plugged in the AC adapter, the audio stopped working.  I've tried every option I found online: reset to factory defaults, tried an aux cable to confirm audio (no audio), turned the volume up & down, & power-cycled to no avail; the audio is still out.  The speaker still displays the channel and current song on the SoundTouch 20; there's just no audio on the portable.

 Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
