Bovada’s $4,000 Check Was Returned—Then They Closed My Account
I’m posting to see whether anyone else has experienced something similar with Bovada and to ask for advice about what I should do next.
I requested a withdrawal of approximately $4,000, and Bovada sent me a check. I deposited the check into my Chase account, but Chase later reversed the deposit because the check was returned for insufficient funds.
I contacted Bovada and provided all the documents they requested, including my bank statement, a letter from Chase confirming what happened, and a copy of the check marked “VOID.” Despite this, Bovada claimed that the check had been cashed successfully and denied my claim.
My host, Tyler, did not resolve the issue, and Bovada eventually closed my account. I am now left without the withdrawal funds even though my bank records show that the check was returned and the deposit was reversed.
What should I do next? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation involving a returned Bovada check? I would appreciate any advice on how to escalate this or get the money Bovada owes me.

Anyone else deposit this morning and it says it’s complete but hasn’t hit their balance? I then go try to deposit more and now there’s no option to deposit in any way
ALERT: Bovada is a SCAM. My account got permanently disabled for breaching their Term of Service that I've never did.
I want to share my experience with Bovada because I believe other players should know as well.
I initially deposited $50 and my balance increased to approximately $7,000. Prior to that, I had deposited a total of over $700 and successfully withdrawn $500 without further verification.
After my balance reached approximately $3,000, Bovada requested account verification. I completed the verification process as requested.
After my balance finally increased to approximately $7,000, Bovada disabled my account.
What angered me even more was that the first support representative I spoke to said my account was fine and my funds were completely safe. However, I was later informed that Bovada had discovered a violation of their Terms of Service and was accusing me of breaching their rules.
They're accusing me of violating "3.2 Single Account Access", "6.7 Betting Syndicates", and "6.8 Abuse of Bonus Programs and Wager Limits." I know I didn't even use any bonuses or have more than one account.
They are trying to find evidence to accuse me of violating their Terms of Service, something I know I would never do. Why would I violate their Terms of Service knowing that it would result in my account being permanently suspended? My account is now permanently disabled and I cannot access my funds. All the terms of service they claim I violated are lies.
I'm posting this because I want everyone to know what happened to me. Beware of Bovada. My experience was extremely unpleasant and I personally advise everyone to stay away from this provider.
You might not have any problems now, but when you start winning big, that's when they'll interfere and make you lose money that you had won.
Additional information: My friend also experienced something similar and had his betting limit reduced after Bovada discovered he had won too much money. Previously, my friend could bet $100 to $200 on a single bet, but now they've limited his account to only $10 to $20.
Well I finally received my BVX invite! Any tips on getting the most value from BVX?
So after 2 years of playing on Bovada and reaching Platinum Level 2, I just randomly received a BVX invite and created my account.
I've done pretty well on Bovada, so I'm looking forward to the new experience. The rewards they offer are pretty insane after exploring the website a little bit.
Can anyone provide some insight on how to make the most out of the BVX experience? The only thing that disappointed me was no poker to play, but other than that it's a cool site so far and the rewards for bonus points are insane!
Let me know what the do's and don't are on BVX, promotional codes, etc..I'm really looking forward to playing on there!

Deposit for bonus points promotion
Has anyone else received this promotion? I deposited the 7 days and never received my points. I’ve been going back and forth with service and nobody seems to be able to help. First agent told me I qualified and I would have points by the end of the day. That never happened. Now I’m on my third agent and second escalation with no resolution in sight.
