Returned to WuWa after dropping it a month after launch due to burn out (right after my poor iPad which was somehow miraculously juggling basically every Hoyoverse game at the time + Project Sekai completely gave up, totally my fault lmao). Now playing on a proper gaming PC that can run anything I desire, and I'm really enjoying the story, especially Brant. Would definitely whale for him and his weapon if he reruns, any idea when that might happen?

I’m trying to decide whether to pull/build Jingran, and I’d appreciate some opinions from people who have a better understanding of the upcoming meta.

My current team is:

Changli S0 + EoG

Brant S0R1

Lupa S2R1

I’m considering switching Changli out for Jingran, running:

Jingran + Verdant Summit

Brant S0R1

Lupa S2R1

Would this actually be an upgrade over my current Changli team, or would I basically be investing a lot of pulls/resources for a sidegrade?

Also, how do you guys think this Jingran/Brant/Lupa team will perform in endgame content? Is it something that should comfortably handle future ToA/Prydwen-style endgame with good investment, or are there potential synergy issues that could make the team fall off?

I know Jingran isn't fully out yet, so I'm mainly interested in what the current information suggests.

TL;DR: Is Jingran + Verdant Summit + Brant S0R1 + Lupa S2R1 a meaningful upgrade over my Changli S0 + EoG + Brant S0R1 + Lupa S2R1, and is the Jingranan team likely to be endgame viable? Or do I need his signature weapon?

I need some help with logical decisions, thought some S3 Brant havers could help me out here. TLDR at the end if you don't wanna deal with my desperate yapping here.

Let me state my problem: I am in despair. I kind of (really desperately) want Brant S3. I've been saving my corals for ages and I have two wavebands for him. I've kind of been hoping the next reverb banner will feature him, but alas, no banner in sight next patch. More time to farm I suppose. Well, now, with Jingran dropping, I'm getting weaker day by day waiting for Brant to finally return and am really considering going for Jingran's S3 instead. It's probably the more logical step - he does so much more dmg, it's probably smarter. But I love Brant. The day his banner dropped was the day the sun shone a little brighter......... idk.

So, my actual questions: Does anyone, perchance, have Brant S3R1, Lupa S0R1 and Mornye S1R0 and could tell me a bit about how he does in endgame content? My S0R1 Brant is doing fineISH, but it's getting harder with every toa reset. He can't really clear 3 and 4 anymore sadly. This WhiWa reset I also had to bench him... he could get 2k points with Denia before, but this reset he just kinda flopped and I gave up. Matrix R2 gets me around 7k - 8k points, but the second I take Mornye away from him it's all over.

I'm assuming S3 can clear much better than that, but how would you describe the dmg? Is it a lot more? How much does your anchor hit for?

I'm asking for the specific team because I can't find any showcases on yt with Mornye S1.

I know you guys are biased. So am I. You'll probably all tell me to go for Brant. All my friends are telling me to let go and go for Jingran instead. I cannot let that slide... I need the numbers! Please help!

So question 2: What would you do? Jingran or Brant? Or secret third option: drop both

Hi :) I downloaded Wuwa when Brant came out just to pull him and then put down the game. Now I’m back and I’m looking to build a team for him.

I’m a free/low-spender and especially since I’m new I want to be building horizontally > vertically. With that in mind, what are some good low investment teams? I know Aemaeth is running this patch and two other potential teammates are running next patch. Thoughts on who to prioritize?

Since 3.6 is right around the corner and jingran calcs are everywhere, it got me curious abt the dmg calcs of older units, such as Brant, in their new teams. Do you guys know if he has any updated calcs?
