can you pull buffied gadget, star powers or hypercharges that you don't have from the claw machine?

I use 8-bit and Brock and I want to get their buffies but I don't use Rico but I also don't have any of his star powers or gadgets so can I even pull them?

Finally i got this trash can that nobody uses to 2000 trophies

I use Chill pill as Gadget and mad as heck as SP

Also hes not trash if you have a lot of skill

What should I upgrade to carry at M1 (yeah it sucks)

I’ve got limited resources; I don’t have any buffies on anyone apart from Shade. In fact, the characters I can play are: Mortis, Gas, Amber, Ash, Rico, Star Nova, sometimes Otis, and almost never Jin because I play solo. I’m not sure if there’s any point in levelling up Max, Griff, Brock or Collet, given that I don’t have any buffies for them. Of the options without buffies, perhaps I should consider Mina for solo carrying, Macy against tanks, or Byron for open maps. However, I can’t find the most effective way of improving. Open to your advices

Im using the gadget ive seen in competitiv and il self heal is a must, how about gears? I bought shield and damage cuz thats my default but im not sure

Should i save my keys for the ultra? Or spend on brawlers I do want to get my hands?

Got 3 keys. Gonna get my 4th this battlepass. I just do not know whether I should get Sirius or Kaze or the brawlers I have interest who are leaening? I do want to get my hands on Crow, Pierce and Buzz. And I technically can get buzz now or get crow/pierce later down the month.
