I stupidly placed two seperate orders on the same day, my first order made the cut before the preorders started up, and that order eventually did arrive, but I have yet to hear anything regaymy second order. Anyone know when the preorders start shipping?

I used basically my entire salary for this order, and I’ve been waiting for over two months now.
My order has been stuck with UPS since July 17 with no movement or updates.
UPS opened an investigation, but they couldn’t give me any estimated delivery date.
I also emailed Breathe Divinity but haven’t received a response.
Please, I’d really appreciate it if someone could look into this for me. I just want my order to arrive. 😭😭😭😭😭

Ayo, I ordered stock (not pre-order) on the 24th of July. They said on discord that stock orders are shipped within 7 days, but the Shop app doesn't even say the order is ready to be shipped. I texted them on discord and by email, no answer.
How much did y'all have to wait?
