Window(s) Seat.

Window(s) Seat.

Upgraded to Ascent for the short flight from PIT-SDF. Seat 2F on the A220-300 has two windows. 😄

I'm also now forever spoiled because these seats are fantastic.

Pet Carrier Question

Has anyone flown with their pet using the Away Pet carrier on Breeze Airlines? I’m aware of the dimension requirements from the airline, but I’ve seen some folks say they were able to use slightly larger bags.

It’s soft sided, so I was thinking I can scrunch/squish the bag to fit under the seat, but again, I’m curious to see what others think. TIA.

Note: not sure if this matters, but I’ll be flying in the “nicer” seats.

IAD to SNA (Dulles to John Wayne)

I’ve searched the sub but is there any insight on the seasonal IAD to SNA flights? I can’t find any info on when these flight commence or what the schedule will be. TIA. Total newbie to Breeze.

Zero Customer Service

I understand Breeze only communicates via text or email. WTF happens when you absolutely need to speak with a live person? Go to their counter at the airport??

Call me old fashioned, a stick in the mud, or what have you, but I don't like not being able to speak to someone if I need to. For that reason alone I may not fly Breeze all the time. I flew this time because I got the dates I wanted and Nicest for round trip at a very reasonable cost.

Another great flight on Breeze!

SDF-PIT for a quick getaway.

The entire flight crew was so nice, the plane was clean & comfy. We left early & arrived early. I love this airline! 💙

Known Traveler Number

Just booked our first flights on Breeze for early October.

When I added my wife’s information as Guest 2, I definitely typed in her KTN. When it lists travelers on upcoming trips, it shows my KTN but not my wife’s.

How do I make sure her KTN is actually on the reservation?

Is a Swiss Bag a good carry on bag for Breeze Airways?

I have a Swiss backpack, that I have had since I was in college and I was wondering if it was a good carry on for Breeze Airways? Its dimensions are as followed: 18 H x 11.5 W x 7 D? I have included a picture as well. Its my first time flying.

Trading cards

Scored one on BDL>PIT this morning!
Anyone else collect these? Most North American airlines have them, but you have to ask the flight crew when boarding. Usually it’s the pilots that have them, but on Breeze it was the flight attendant. And they don’t always have them, so it’s cool when you are able to score one.

Got one on JetBlue recently as well and the pilot invited me into the cockpit before the flight.

Customer service & buying tickets at counter

We got tickets at the counter yesterday and were told "flex fare" includes a carry on. I realize that is incorrect info but there's no flex vs no flex online so we just thought it was different and believed the attendant.

Today I get a written email (not marketing email) from a customer service representative at Breeze saying they noticed no Nice bundle was added and that they can add one for $40, or I can just add a carry on for $40, and asked me which I want to do.

It seems obvious they know I expected a carry on and are seeing if I'll be oblivious and pay. I replied that we got flex for the carry on bla bla and that I expect something to be done about this. But I believe breeze's customer service is trash.

Am I cooked? anything like this ever happened to anyone else?

Purchasing at the airport

Hi all! I’m considering taking advantage of Breeze’s option to purchase at the airport counter Tuesdays from 11-1. My question is: can we only purchase No Flex tickets to get this deal? Or can we purchase a nice or nicer bundle as well? Thanks for any help!!

im nervous

Shame on me for not doing my research previously on this airline and discovering that a cancelled flight often means im SOL and will need to book with an entire different airline. Is there anyway I can purchase insurance after the fact that will cover and reimburse me if that were to happen?

When to buy!

What have you all noticed re: prices within 2 weeks of departure? Does it ever go down? I've been watching the Providence to Norfolk June 15 flight for 1.5 weeks. It has bounced around from $104 to 89, 99, 114, 124 and today 134. It's now 13 days out from this flight. Thanks for any insight or data you have.

Question about flying with 1 year old

I’m flying in a month with my wife and 1 year old. I didn’t buy our seats because I’m curious if breeze will assign our seats together for free since we have a baby. Does anyone know how this works? Will they assign it at the airport on the day of travel?

Some Spirit assets might include 22 LGA slots in equivalent of 12 daily flights

I think they operate in NYC market at Newark, Islip, Newburgh and Westchester. But could they bid at the highest price above $87 million?

Canceling is a pain

Trying to cancel. Bought trip protection through Priceline and it does not help. Breeze airways phone number says to leave a message with my EMAIL and it’s going to take a “few days”. Has anyone had positive experience with this? So stressful for no reason.

Return flights

I live in FL and it doesn’t matter where I’m trying to book on Breeze, I can leave FL but I can’t get back. It doesn’t matter if I’m booking a few weeks out or into the fall, there’s never return flights available. What am I missing? Everything coming to FL is booked but leaving FL is wide open? Ty!

Atlantic City nj to Orlando

Spirit airlines used to be our direct route to get to Disney/universal. We could fly out of Philadelphia but prefer AC.

Has anyone flown this route and if so how was it?
