vial tops come out completely

I recently tried to pop the yellow vial cap off as usual. Instead of the cap, the whole metal portion underneath AND the rubber stopped piece came right off the vial. Thinking this may be a one-off, I tried a second vial, and it happened again.

I wanted to let people know since this seems like a safety concern.

I also would like to have the vials replaced with safe ones l, but for both or these issues I was sent to the AI chat bot (used the portal and an email) but am waiting back to hear from them.

Anyone else have a similar experience? Is there someone I should call, like the pharmacy itself so they can help aware of the defective vials?

Thank you. Please be safe out there!

Weight loss stall

Hi guys, I’ve been on the shots for a year and a half I’m correctly 150 LBS my goal weight is 135. I’m on 13.5 MG. I’ve been on it for about six months .
lately. I realize that the food noise returns on the third day after my shot. It’s been happening for about a month and half now
For the past four months, I’ve been working out four days a week as well, and I’ve been gaining some strength and muscle, which is great
I was really hoping to not get to the highest dose because what if it stops working after that..
is anyone in my shoes or are there any hacks?

Does Brello no longer allow you to pause?

Went on the app today to push my renewal out and don't see that as an option anymore. Went on the patient dashboard and only saw cancel as an option where it used to have pause and adjust renewal date.

Way more tirz than needed

I’m on 2.4 mg, or 10 units a week. Each vial says it’s for one month. I just took my fifth dose of my first month vial and it has 70 units left! About 2 months left worth in my first vial! I’m really confused at the huge amount that I received. They said to toss it after the one month mark but having only taken a third of my first vial feels so wasteful especially with the price. What would you do with so much left over? Anyone have similar experiences?

Is my open bottle of triz from April ok that I used?

I had a bottle open from April and my last dose I took was May 9th because I had emergency surgery and was just cleared to go back on. I of course did not want to open a new bottle and waste the one that was open so I used the one that was open from April but I’m worried now that it won’t be as effective! Anyone else experience taking a bottle that is about two months old? Was it as effective?! I know they say they have a 28 day shelf life but I don’t listen to that I also use it until I finish it!

Sudden change in efficacy

I started tirz with Brello 12/2026 and have had great results. I’ve lost around 43 lbs and have had consistent side effects (some people say they have different ones depending on the week, but mine have been the same since the start). My patterns with hunger and satiety have also been consistent from day 1 (very low appetite and I’m full quickly with very little food). Shortly after injection day two weeks ago I noticed that, while I have the same side effects, suddenly I am hungry the way I was before I started the drug. Food noise has fully returned and I can eat full portions of food with ease, which wouldn’t have been possible weeks ago. What’s odd about this is how suddenly it occurred. Im only 7-8 lbs from my goal weight so it’s a bit frustrating.

I’ll add that the vials I am using are not out of date, they weren’t tampered with before I started using them (caps were secure), and they’re from the same order as the vials that were working as usual. Has anyone else experienced this?

Editing to add that I even increased last week and this is what I’m experiencing.

On 12 unit dose of Tirz 9 mos in. Anyone else?

I’ve not been able to increase to the next dose. I increase by unit. I got up to 13 units but made me so nauseous.

This past week I did 11 units because I can’t eat enough to enable me to exercise without getting so unbelievably nauseous immediately afterwards.

I’ve lost almost 35 pounds. And many inches around my hips (7 inches gone) and waist (almost 7 inches gone). I’ve got about 10-15 pounds left to lose. I want to start working out again, but that nausea keeps me from lifting heavy. Has anyone else experienced this? If so what did you change to get past it?

I’m even ok with just a few 5 min workouts a week to get me back started. I don’t always track my food but when I do I’m getting almost 1500 calories. I’m trying to track more often so I know where I stand on calories in.

Bye Bye Brello

I switched from Brello to Gimme and SO glad I did. I couldn’t order from Brello because of my state not being active so I had to go elsewhere when the pharmacy change happened. After I started with Gimme, they also had a pharmacy change BUT they gave me other options for pharmacies and I didn’t have to stop. This is the reason why I will not go back to Brello, they only will use Southend Pharmacy and Gimme truly wants us to have the best deal and keep our meds coming. Also, if you use Gimme’s Reddit link, Tirz is only $437 for 180mg (3 month supply). Will never ever go back to Brello!

Tirz through Brello

I'm thinking of going through Brello for my tirz so I would get my 3 Rx from Southend. I notice the vials they produce are 20mg/mL, which would not meet my dosing.

Do they start you at a lower dose when you first start with them even if you've been at a higher "maintenance" dose for several months?

It would be super convenient to get everything at the same time from the same place, but I can't play the starter dose game.

Email from Brello about renewal intervals

Just a quick heads-up — we're making a small change to the timing of Brello renewals, and we wanted to let you know before it kicks in.

We're making a small adjustment to your renewal schedule to better match the current operating timelines.

What to Expect:
Current Timeline: ~Every 10 weeks

Future renewals: ~Every 11 weeks

Why are we making this change?
Our pharmacy partner sped up shipping to just 3-5 business days, which is great! However, plans started arriving before people had finished their current supply. This small timing shift fixes that so there’s no overlap or waste.
