Citizenship - Atlas approval not received

Hello Guys
Citizenship support confirmed my approval on 23rd of June. On the following Monday the 29th, council received my certificate as well. I am able to book ceremony but I haven’t received HO Atlas approval.

I tried to chase citizenship support, but they haven’t replied to this one. Is this common?

Also, please suggest any solution

Thanks

ATLAS email received for most of family but one member still pending — is this normal?

We are a family of four. We applied on 18/02/2026 and attended biometrics on 26/02/2026. Today, three of us—myself and my two adult sons—received ATLAS emails, but my husband has not received anything yet. We all applied on the same day and attended biometrics on the same day, but our applications were submitted separately and not linked as a family. Has this happened to anyone else, and is this normal?

British citizenship application pending since Feb 17

Hi, my first time posting so not sure if I'm in the right place. Wanted to get some advice.

Applied for citizenship Feb 16, Biometrics Feb 17 as spouse of british citizen. I thought my application would be relatively straightforward as we meet all the requirements.

I still haven't heard back from them and no updates. It's been nearly 5 months now and I know they're experiencing delays but not sure if I should be worried and what I can do.

I emailed citizenship support about a month ago and they didn't have an update. Anyone else in the same boat ?

Thanks

Apply for ILR

Afternoon all, i’ve been born and raised in the uk since 98, both parents were french citizens at the time living here. I’ve always claimed to be british, it’s my first language & hometown, studied here, worked here & have been married here myself. I have only just found out from applying to the army and i must say im quite shocked, i am classed as an immigrant with limited leave to remain or whatever they call it. Due to me having a criminal record i cannot pass the good character, if my parents knew i was entitled to citizenship after my first 10 years here i would’ve been a british citizen. How on earth does it make any sense that someone who’s been born and raised here, built their entire life here? Ok yes i have a record but i was 16-18 at the time and this is absolutely ridiculous. I am now forced to go down the route illegal immigrants go down just to naturalise… has anyone had this issue?

Does the gov.uk site update when you’re approved?

I applied for British citizenship on 18 February 2026 and completed my biometrics on 20 March 2026. I still haven’t heard anything.

When I applied for settled status, I hadn’t heard anything either, but I checked my immigration status on the GOV.UK website (where you can generate a share code), and it already showed Settled Status. The formal notification came afterwards.

I’m wondering if the same thing happens with citizenship. I checked today, and it still shows Settled Status. Does anyone know whether that changes once your citizenship application has been approved, or does it stay the same until after the citizenship ceremony?

Question on application

Hi, I'm going through my application and they asked for all past immigration applications I've done with ref number. I could fine all but 1 which is from my student visa, I really can't find the email on that.

Should I avoid mentioning it if I don't have the ref number or should I leave it empty?
