Located in Cobble Hill / Columbia Waterfront — one of the best areas in Brooklyn. Amazing bars and restaurants nearby (happy to share recs).

The bike path leading directly to Brooklyn Bridge Park is across the street, with Citi Bike docks on the block. The park is just a few minutes by bike or walk.

TRANSPORTATION

Carroll Street station (F & G) is about a 12-minute walk

The B61 bus is one block away and connects to major subway lines in downtown Brooklyn in 10–15 minutes

NYC Ferry is a few blocks

My girlfriend (28F) and I (31M) are looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in our 2 bed/1 bath Bushwick apartment. The lease starts September 1st, but you could move in as early as you’d like (it’s currently empty).

The Apartment:

It’s in a newer building with modern appliances. The room and apartment are a bit small but have large windows throughout. We're on the second floor of a walk-up. The apartment has central A/C, a full-sized dishwasher, gas stove & oven, and built-in bluetooth speakers in the living room wall. The building has laundry and a bike room in the basement, and a huge two-level furnished roof with a grill.

The Room:

• Rent is $1350 and all utilities are $80-100 depending on usage
