Hey Guys! Looking urgently for a room for Oct 1st or sooner to rent in the Greenpoint/Williamsburg areas, East Williamsburg, South Williamsburg, Ridgewood, Astoria, LIC. Close to the L and/or G.

Looking for two roommates to sign onto a 1-year lease starting November 1st for a 3BR/2BA apartment in South Slope.

I am keeping one bedroom and use the shared bathroom, so there is one private bathroom room and the other shared bathroom room available.

One bedroom will be unfurnished, the other bedroom will come with a bed and basic furnishings (that the current roommate is leaving behind). The bathrooms are not directly connected to any rooms so the bedroom/bathroom assignments can be swapped around.

(Whoever signs on first can claim the private bathroom)

- Rent: $1766/month before utilities

- Deposit: 1 month rent
