Hi all! I'm a 34M who recently moved to the Westminster area for a full-time job at CU Boulder. I'm looking to meet other BIPOC folks around my age to hang out with, ideally including people who work on or near campus. I love food, cooking at home, fitness, and I'm still very much a stan Twitter person (pop culture, fandom, the whole thing). If that sounds like you, or you know of BIPOC-friendly groups, supper clubs, meetups, or good Asian spots around Westminster, Broomfield, or Boulder, I'd love to hear about them. Happy to grab a meal/coffee with anyone interested!

where’s the best place in Broomfield or surrounding area to have a same-day poster print order? hoping to get something larger than 3’x4’ but if that’s the max I’ll try to make it work. this is for something to annotate as a group with stickie notes at a workshop with ~10 people so any recommendations on dimensions would also be amazing. thanks!

Anyone else occasionally hear a pretty loud humming or whirring sound in the early morning hours (~5am)? I live near 136th and Lowell and occasionally I wake up early and hear what sounds like pretty loud machinery in the distance that goes on for quite while, gradually fading out over an hour or more. If it were a lower pitch I would think street cleaning but I don't think it's that. Anyone know what this is? If not I'll call the city today and see what I can find out.

Just seeing here if anybody knows the situation better. They rebranded to EAS Tire and Auto, and it seemed like a new person on the phone when I called in a few minutes ago to schedule an appointment. Definitely no shade to the new guys but Fifth Gear was amazing and I hope they intend to keep the staff.
