My fiance's 61st birthday is next week. We live in Oklahoma City and it's a 3 hour drive minimum to the nearest Buc-ee's. His favorite sweet snack from there is the salted caramel Beaver Nuggets. I made this homemade version for his birthday gift. I tried a few pieces and they taste amazing! 😍😋

My fiance proposed at the Buc-ee's Denton store in May. We forgot to get pictures so we recreated it in Amarillo after driving from Oklahoma City on a Route 66 road trip.
