Anyone else trying to simplify their longevity routine lately?

I used to think that healthy aging meant more longevity supplements and more complicated routines all the time.

I am actually trying to do the opposite now.

The more I read about longevity, the more I realize simple habits are more important for me in the long run. Good sleep, regular exercise, decent food, less stress and just a few longevity supplements that I actually feel comfortable sticking with.

I still love reading about longevity research but after a while all the advice on the internet just gets tiring.

Anyone else trying to keep it simple more often instead of adding new supplements and routines all of the time?
