Top dressed today with 2 cups build a flower 1 cup Colorado worm company worm casing (I saw a worm!), craft blend, and some WDG3000. Watered in with Buildaveg, root wise microbe complete and liquid, saponin and big 6.
Will it hurt worms using Kashi Gold and worms together?
Hey all. Over the last few months i’ve been buying a lotta BAS gear- getting ready for my first go at living soil. I have 1 (cubic foot) bag of 3.0 for each of my new Earthboxes but am now reading that 1 bag isn’t enough and that 1.5 bags per Earthbox is more appropriate. Has anybody run an Earthbox with just the 1 bag or will I be shooting myself in the foot? I have some older Fox Farm Ocean Forest laying around that I could supplement it with.. Also - who here is top dressing 3.0 from the jump following the new container setup guide? Or should I wait until plants are bigger to top dress. TIA!
Hi everyone, first grow. I was wondering why my front left plant (sour giesel) seems to have some off coloration. I was wondering if anyone could help identify it before I flip to flower. Based on the charts online I wanna say sulfur deficiency but I’m not totally sure. I’ve been using craft blend, buildaflower, rootwise mycrobe complete and some local worm castings. I needed to order some more craft blend anyway so I picked up some big 6 as well in hopes it helps.
Im running a tray2grow with the 25 gallon rectangular pot thing on it. Bought the 3.0 soil. Do I need to add worms? If so, would anyone have recommendations on which/how many/where to get them? ( doing water only with cover for context )
These would be pre-sexed reg photos and flipped to flower within a couple days after transplant. I prefer quality first then variety over yield. But don’t want a jungle as humidity is an issue for several months.!

Days 35 and 28. These containers with this soil as Jeremy would put it, is a lot of horsepower. Plants reacted to some nitrogen toxicity but they're pushing through nicely. They are a little droopy bc it's 30 minutes to lights out. The garden is smelling wonderfully already! I have some basil and cilantro that are smelling great
I top dressed my first EarthBox outdoor grow (Speedrun Seeds Pound Dawg F4) with a dusting of Craft Blend, Rootwise Complete, BuildASoil worm castings, Kashi Gold, and topped it off with BuildAFlower.

I have only tried to clone one other time and that was my first grow. It did work I guess. well I got 1 out of 2. This mom wasn’t super heathy when I picked her up. We was way to tall and in a 4 inch pot. She desperately needed to be top and repotted. I cut the top off and made this clone. The mom is still alive and starting to look better in her new shoes.

20 gallon pots. Bottom half of the pot was 2 nd run 3.0 that I mixed Colorado worm company casing, craft build, build a flower, BAS calcium mix, big 6 and Bakashi gold into. The top half is BAS light and then top dressed with those fixing. This is the first run on the pots. Blumat watering though I have top watered a few times. When top watering I have given all the Bulld a soil (build a veg during veg, big 6, wetting agent, build a bloom during flower), root wise (all 3) and some organic alive at transition. Mephisto genetics on the left is Figgie Smalls and the right is Chemdogging. Both are day 56.
Is craft blend used for top dressing or is used for in between top dresses when you feel like you need a feed or supplement boost?
I am starting my mom tent. I have a tray to grow and for now I am planning on 1 gallon pots. Would you use grass roots 1 gallons or plastic? Picture of my cover crop in bloom for attention
I’m currently running BAS 3.0 in 5 gallon fabric pots (I know not ideal size but my tent is limited space). I have just now completed 1 harvest on one pot and 2 harvests on the second pot. My question is: since I am running in smaller pots and I’m sure both soil and nutrients are used up; should I dump the pots and re-amend, or take a few inches off the top of the pots and topdress?
Deadhead OG! Living soil, recharge, great white, Epsom Rootwise trio. UVA beginning week 5 of flower at 1hr during lights on. Slow ramp up to 6hours. Chopped at day 70.
She stretched as much as possible for three weeks. Finally starting to stack. I’m following the BAS top dressing and amendments schedule but looking at the sugar tips it seems like I might need to slow down. Thoughts?
I just harvested a run of this and I was amazing. It’s so loud and smells just like a skunk. I had a chance to grab one more clone of it but it was over stretched and doesn’t look great. Topped it and made a clone from the top. Transplanted into a 1 gallon with BAS light. Gave it some buildaveg, big 6, and wetting agent. The clone I soaked in root wise and aloe. Hope she makes it!
Two plants in a 4x4 section of soil. There is also some super lemon haze photobombing out of my 4x8 bed at the bottom.
