Hydrone 5

Piece of junk. How can you call this a dehumidifier? Hardly lowers humidity and should be called a mini heater. All your other products are awesome but please this is crap. A dirt cheap dehumidifier that cost $155 in Australia does a better job. Come on Acinfinity you can do better than this

Analog moisture meter?

Trying to dial my watering down better and kind of feel I would learn more going analog and having to actually go look at and touch the soil. Or is my mindset wrong because I have never use a digital meter? I got ac infinity controllers should I just bite the bullet and get their meter or go eco Witt? Just trying to not rely on ai and digital to learn the science better.

Finally growing with a soil moisture meter. Purple Sunset Rbx2

I wish I did this sooner. This plant is day 10 of flower in a 3x3 bed with the take and bake kit. It just drank 3.5 gallons of water in two days. Never knew how much I have been under watering before buying this

Is it true that red wiggler worms are the best? Where can i buy them online? How many should i put in a 30 gallon grassroots pot filled with buildasoil 3.0?

The title pretty much says it all.

I was wondering if red wigglers are really the best (google AI said they are, so i dont fully trust the answer of red wigglers)

Also if they are the best, where would you recommend buying them online?

I will be running 3 30 gallon pots in a 5x5 tent. How many red wigglers do you think i need per pot?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Is this a bad idea

15 gallon smartpot inside vivosun vgrow. I’m going to use probably a bag and a half of 3.0 for a no till grow with this setup. My only concerns are the height of the tent only being 48in tall, and the 100w light that this tent comes with.

Flipping to flower tomorrow….first time with a trellis.

Let it ride for the next 21 days or keep removing small growth and fans a little bit everyday?

BAS 3.0 with all amendments.

What am I looking at here?

First timer, running build a soil 3.0 in 10 gals. Seeing this in both my flower tent and started seeing it in the next round I have in veg this morning. Karmas sour BX2, have a godfather OG next to it not showing at all. Cuts were originally in coco until I rescued them from a failing grow.

First started seeing these light brown spots around the edges of fan leaves about a week ago. pulled this leaf to show the most extreme of what’s happening.

Currently day 14 of flower, but I see it starting on my vegging plant as well.

I recently added a dehumidifier to the flower tent as humidity was a bit out of control, as a result have been seeing a bit higher night temps. the veg room does not have a dehum. Let me know any more details to help identify a solution, thanks growmies!!!

I want to get thicker stems and sturdier plants. I have a huge jug of Advanced nutrients silica (rhino skin) but don’t want to mess up the PH and/or microbial life in my earthboxes?

Should I look into organic SIlica support, just dump some synthetic in, or let it ride as is?

New 2x4 setup advice

Looking to upgrade my setup from a 2x2 to a 2x4. Started running earthboxes and love them. For anyone who has tried both the Earthbox and the Tray to go with the the Grassroots bed, what do you prefer? Looking to setup up either 2 Earthboxes or one tray to grow. I’ve heard some say the tray to grow can over water etc. it seems you can’t go wrong either way.

Deadhead OG Day35F …Frost City

This is Deadhead OG by Cali Connection. 6 were passed on to me during 10 day of flip and in root bound 1 gallon pots of Light Recipe in which they were growing for 8 weeks. Despite the big no-no, I HAD to repot them as soon as I got them. 5 went into 3 gal bags of BAS 3.0 top dressed with EWC, a touch of Craft Blend and BAF. 1 went in-ground outdoors along with my other gals for the outdoor season run. They took transplant with no delay and look at them today! As I always say, don’t give up on your ladies.

Help with seedling please

Hiya growmies! I started this Bruce Banner from Barney's Farms from seed in a solo cup with Buildasoil's Heady Start mix 2 weeks ago. I went to water it today and noticed it looked this way. I know I messed up but I want to understand how I messed up.

So my most recent grow is my third try and first real success. I wanted to ride that wave and I am sure I over did things.

I spotted the burnt tips a few days ago and that was right after I gave her about 60 ml of water that had some clonex and alfalfa meal in it. I was medicated so I messed up and didn't check the BAS supplemental chart and I'm sure it was too early. The next time I watered it was just plain bubbled but not ph'd water. In my experience when I bubble my tap water it ends up around 7.8-8.1 ph. This was part of my initial "lesser successes" because I didn't understand living organic soil. I also thought I had it at 200 ppfd or so but I just checked again and I must've misread because photone is reading 300 or so.

I misspoke and said I "didn't" understand living organic soil like I now do lol I do not clearly but I'm learning.

So I know I fed nutes too early.

I know I had the lights too high.

Did I also mess up by not ph'ing the water? I suspect there aren't many microbes and things in the rhizosphere to fix the pH of the water. What do you guys water your youngins with?

What can I do to save her?

Thanks for any and all advice 😊

BAS 3.0 soil

I recently picked up a bag of 3.0 soil. Trying to go back to organic growing. What are some of the basics I would need to keep some moms? I was thinking craft blend but after that idk. Help please lol

Plants growing low to the pot

These are 12 days out the ground. Autos. They seem to be staying so low. I have the app and the diffuser. It says 250 and 16 DLI. Seems like it should be in line. Am I crazy or are they really short? Does it have to do with being in 20 gallons and the roots needing to “hit bottom” before it stretches up?

Bottom of Earthbox after 4 or 5 runs 🤣🤣

Now I know why it only fit 1.5 gallons of water... all castings.

With trellis work could I grow 2 triangle kush s1's and 1 sweet pineapple (or possibly lemon g x lemon party, not sure yet) together in a 5x5 tent. 3 30 gallon pots of living soil

These genetics are from humboldt csi

The title pretty much explains it.

ive only ever grown 1 strain together to they hopefully grow similarly, however i really want to try making my third pot in this tent a different strain.

the 2 triangle kush are a must, because i just love that strain, but i hope you guys say i can do a third different one.

i use 30 gallon pots with living soil.

I've seen the triangle kush s1 grow pretty tall at my friends, and I have no idea how the sweet pineapple grows. It is sativa dominant so I'm hoping it is tall as well so I can easily get an even canopy.

My main question is: I want and love that TK Gas and im definitely doing those plants, but my friends and family, and me too like to switch it up to a fruity strain sometimes, or just something different other than gas.

do you think i could grow these strains together in a 5x5 tent, in three 30 gallon living soil pots, even if their growth structure is different?

OR

Do you think i should just stick to growing 1 strain at a time so they hopefully grow similar? i grow from seed.

could i use the method i usually do and use 2 trellis nets in the tent, and make a fairly even canopy if i do a different strain?

I have never grown 2 strains in a tent, always just the same, so im very curious what you guys think.

I really hope i can grow a different strain. i also have lemon tree s1, sherbert s1, and lemon g x lemon party that are catching my eye too.

thanks in advance for any help, it is much appreciated!

Gearing up for 1st run

1st attempt at organic grow in my mini dream set up. I'll be running coots mix using BAS 3.0 nutes and minerals. Waiting on COWOCO worm castings to come in and I'll be mixing up my soil

Hashburger came down

Build a soil everything hashburger clone. This plant was in my 2x2 in a 5 gallon. 226 grams dried and trimmed. Well kinda trimmed. I know my camera skills and trimming skill need work.
