So, according to the documentation, the Edge G2 can hold 1,000,000 cardholders in it's database. However, we recently had a situation where fiber was cut to a building, and some cardholders are unable to get in. These users have the correct clearance. It seems like every time we have a controller (Edge G2, Ultra, Pro) go offline at least some user's cards do not work. Not sure if I am missing something or what. Currently on 2.80 SP9 with firmware 6.9.7CU01g.

Accidentally deleted our 'ON SITE' area, showing who was in the building at any given time. Can I recreate without everyone leaving the building and coming back in? Based on other readers around site?

Or do I have to get everyone out, re-set up an 'ON SITE' area and go again? Back-ups aren't an option, and getting everyone out will be a MASSIVE pain in the arse.

Any ideas appreciated.

Hello, something that sounds and is probably simple but I’ve just never done it. How would I go about triggering an output (piezo) on door held or forced open and adjust how long it’s on for?

Is the logic the same as configuring a door release?
