Regardless you Like the Game or not how Long do you think will this Game be alive. I think and Hope atleast 5 years+ in Core Modes Like Team Deathmatch or Domination. I personally Like this Game compared to MW2 2022 its my first CoD since then and Play since Black Ops 1. I think even when this Game was Not a Success it will live atleast 5 Years because of Crossplay and the Game Pass. What do you Guys think?

Hey I’m having issues with security requirements. I have tps 2.0, secure boot on and everything updates. Still can’t make the game work, anyone else had this issue? I’m playing on the Xbox game pass if that makes any difference

I'll be blunt: I don't have the change for a $ 70 game, but I might down the road, so I was only wondering if ya'll think it's worth it. I've heard some good things about this year's zombies but haven't bothered looking too in-depth to avoid spoiling myself for down the road. I do not expect anyone to be kind, especially in this economy, but hey, what do ya'll think? Is this year's zombies actually decent, or is it dog shite?

So ive been having a serious itch for some CoD lately. I havent played CoD since the MW 2019 / orginal warzone days.

I used to play resurgence in the covid days almost religiously. I was never that good (max 2 kd if i recall).

I logged about 500 hours in Marathon when it came out then burned out hard after season 1. Been playing Path of Exile lately but the itch for good old CoD multiplayer action has been getting more intense lately.

My question is hows BO7 for players like me now? Is there strong sbmm? Cheaters? Hows the matchmaking for south/east asia (Singapore) if anyone knows?

Iam on PC and can play with both mkb or controller according to what feels better with the game.

I can’t be the only one, in fact I saw every lag/error/bug also here. Since Season 4 dropped (I played daily a couple hours before and after season 4, on PS5) the game is incredibly bugged and full of errors, lags and freezes! I had constant micro freezes in multiplayer when an opponent approached, 90% of them approached lead to a freeze for about 2 seconds. That happened for two weeks and literally made the game unplayable. Not only that, but also when I’m in the game when for example the best scene in the end is being played for all or in the game when you or someone else kills you, the opponent has the blue colour in the HUD instead of red. When I’m changing weapons or something else in the main menu, in 50% of the cases it throws me out and shows me “DEV ERROR”. Sometimes even that I have to restart the game. In endgame my exotic weapon (also others) has many attachements and in 50% of the games it just takes them all away and the weapon is standard without anything. I exfil (I don’t play without a visor) and it shows me no attachements, I click again on the weapon and magically all my attachements are back and the next game works again (and then later it happens again).
Sometimes (which highly increased with season 4, before I didn’t had that problem happened maybe 1 or 2 times overall) in the middle of the game it just crashes and I have to restart the game, happens in multiplayer and endgame (in endgame highly annoying, you loose all xp, weapon upgrades like exotic ones and earned combat ratings from the round!).
There are many other little bugs. It’s just so so annotating and literally everything has been reported and is on Reddit and other forums (which treyarch surely reads I think they also have accounts on Reddit as far as I know). The only thing that was fixed for me were the constant micro freezes in the game. But the servers right now are really bad, far worse than before (many were hating on server quality before season 4 but honestly I never had a problem until now).
It’s just incredible to see the state of the game right now, because the basis and the gameplay is still very nice, I love Black Ops 7 and in my opinion, especially the multiplayer, it’s the best cod in many many many years. but this is just wrong

Y’all also have a huge increase of bugs/lags/freezes/dev errors since season 4? Is there something to counter that? I’m on ps5.

I tried the free trial once, not liked it, retrying it and enjoying it more, movements are smooth, less fan of fururistic style though. I liked BO6 and one of the rare who appreciated omni movements.

This game can be easily found for 20€ on physical release now so.. idk

I got the Xbox Game Pass just for the COD campaigns, and BO6 was decent, but wtf did they do to this game? Didn't they try a similar style in BO6's Emergence mission with the zombies and receive hella negative feedback? Why on earth would they make their next game the same concept? I don't mind zombies, but if I wanted to fight zombies, I would play the dedicated game mode for it. This game just keeps going downhill with every release.

If you played games of multiplayer, you may not be stranger to this new little assault rifle called the AN 94 that released not long ago. You may also not be stranger to the fact that it is STUPID OP, you pretty much have to use this weapon if you want to have fun.

And don’t even think about playing against a team running the Swordfish and the AN 94, you just put down the controller and accept your fate.

as someone who’s played cod since bo1 and kept up with it yearly since 2016 this cod is the best one since mw2019/bo2, i mean the amount of content we have only 4 and a half seasons in is amazing and not once since launch have I felt there was nothing to do or nothing I wanted to grind for, I mean shit camos alone will have you set for at least a year. not only is there a lot to grind for, its actually fun to grind. all three main modes are fantastic as well, might be the most complete cod ever. most importantly though ive noticed treyarch this year has been more receptive to feedback and more transparent than any other year as far as I remember, I always said SHG was the best w feedback but this year has me second guessing. if anyone at treyarch is reading this the community loves and appreciate you, and you guys absolutely delivered this year and thank yall for the work that you do, can’t wait for more content

Previously, I had been playing with a spatial audio headset, and the 3D sound wasn't that great, but I figured that was because spatial audio isn't perfect.

I recently upgraded to a planar style headset (ROG Kithara) and when I play other FPS games, I can pinpoint footsteps with my eyes closed. In CoD, however, it feels like it's not as tight. Like, the footsteps are located somewhere within a 15 degree range or so, which kind of sucks.

Am I missing a setting or something? Is there a way to make this better?

I currently have a Asus TUF Gaming Z790 and I've been trying to get the secure boot to work but anytime I do, I get a red box and it kinda scares me because I think I might brick my PC by messing around with BIOS. Yeah the TPM is ready and it's on 2.0, I didn't have to do anything with my last MOBO but since I've upgraded to a DDR5 MOBO, I have to set up the settings now. I just want to play the new Zombies map on Black Ops 7.

wtf why did I listen to all the hate and not get this earlier? It just feels right. Gunplay, movement, net code, maps. I’m having a ton of fun and regret the late purchase since black ops 1 and 2 is coming out soon on PS5.

i just installed call of duty on ps5 and i’ve got the chance to play bo7 for free. is it a free trial? for how much can i play it? i also wanted to buy it but i don’t know if its gonna be worth it, feel free to tell me your opinions
