This stinks. You don’t have to ruin BO7’s matchmaking to figure out what you’re doing with your game.

In a series of posts (19/08/26) they’ve declared the changes a massive victory, claiming the game is now better for everyone.

Assorted lies include: lobby wait times are now down(!), sbmm isn’t strict because ping is the key consideration now(!) and disbanding lobbies don’t matter because no-one stays around anyway(!).

Also, infuriatingly, to prove their point they compare data from the current Open playlist of Nuketown 24/7 to the “new” playlist style they’ve foisted elsewhere. But everyone knows Nuketown 24/7 is full of angry sweats anyway, with rage-quitting always rampant, and also the more knowledgeable (and therefore likely higher-skilled) players are gravitating towards that mode precisely to avoid their shitty new matchmaking elsewhere.

It’s so disappointing, and so disingenuous, and so condescending. If they love it so much, chuck it on MW4 and revert BO7 for those of us who can see through the bs.

Hi i just got bo7 and been playing over a week the gameplay is fast and beautiful the maps are great i can quick scope with my hawker why do people complain so much? Also classic mode is great too

I have been playing for like 40 hours, most of the time in double xp weekend and I am now prestige 1 level 36 how can I level up faster ? Or does it really just take that long. My games are going pretty good and I am getting alot of kills so I don’t know if I am missing something.

Why is Nuketown an option in other game modes and playlists? Wtf is the point of Nuketown 24/7 if every other match in other playlists? 3 lobbies in a row, Nuketown. Why? If you want to play Nuketown, go to the Nuketown Playlist wtf?

Has the game been ddos'd or something? Every other game the whole lobby stutter lags, or still lags, and then it comes back, either to a death cam, or to someone getting the overload or ninja defusing!

It's not my connection or others, they ain't doing anything untowards.

Don’t get me wrong, I have had a blast in this game all year long. But THIS season has got to be the absolute worst I’ve seen in any live service COD purely from a “they’ve totally fucked up” stance.

Whether it be the blatant lie regarding how they brought back “BO2 MM” (what a joke), the awful balance of weapons currently in MP (if you’re not using the Mammoth or MPC you’re simply never gonna beat the sweats who are), or the everlasting general dogshit that is the servers and latency issues — it doesn’t matter which of these it is because it is unacceptable from Activision and Treyarch. While I fully believe this is in part to deflect popular anger away from MW4 and the inevitable shitshow IW is cooking up there, I also believe 3arc has heavily regressed into being the studio that barely communicated as it was during the BO4 days

I have TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and all of the (other) listed requirements fulfilled. I'm pretty confused on why the game wants me to update my BIOS, something which I haven't really seen a game ask before.

I do know how to update my BIOS and will be doing so shortly but - why does this game ask for it in the first place? Other games which require Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 work fine on my current version.
