The official notice said that the second merit list for ug will be released by 4 pm today but it hasn't been yet. Can someone please clarify?

So I will be studying bsc psychology there, I was hoping to know the situation with attendance, like is it mandatory to appear everyday or is it fine if you disappear for days? Pls guide me here.
