hey! ordered a few days ago a vinyl from the official merchandise page of paco and catriel but they havent send me any notification about sending it already (on the page when u are paying says 48/72 hs they send the merchandise) but still havent hear anything and its been 5 days already.

anyone here knows the page? had the same issues? is it common? should i wait or report it?

Did anyone else happen to buy seated balcony tickets for the houston show at 713 music hall before they changed the venue to House of Blues?

Anyone have luck with info on new seated locations?
I’ve tried emailing and calling house of blues houston directly but I’ve been ghosted. Should I try contacting Ticketmaster instead of the venue directly?
