Seven Stars Retreat

Question about the $500 credit during the Seven Stars retreat. I’ve seen it described as a dining credit as well as a folio credit. Which is it? Appreciate any insight from those who have done the retreat. Can I use the credit at the spa and not just on dining? Planning on going to Harrah’s Cherokee if that makes a difference. Thank you!

tier credits needed

Hi everyone, And sorry in advance, if I say something that doesn't make any sense, I will try my best to break this down.

i currently have 3,175 tier credits.

i usually do my one hit weekend in Vegas on the tier multiplier event. This year has been a little different with my Vegas trips. I have been busier than usual.

Truth is I love caesar's entertainment. I can care less about the hate and the upset downs. i don't want diamond plus I sit happy with my diamond tier. I'm terrible at math and to kind of save some money. I want to know how many tier credits I will need to achieve Diamond. I've always gotten confused with the daily bonuses, like I said, im terrible at math, and I would love some input from this community It'd be much appreciated. I've always known to hit 1,500 on 10x multiplier events. any input is appreciated. Thank you

Digital Key - New feature?

After booking a trip to Paris in Las Vegas for the upcoming 10x event, I saw I have an option/button for “Digital Key” to right of “Upgrade” and left of “Manage” & “Hosts”.

Never saw this before with Caesar’s, would be very convenient as I always demagnetize the keys by accident. Asked my host but he didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. Any know if is this a confirmed new feature or just a new addition to the app glitches?

Has anyone checked to see if the grass is greener…

I have been Diamond Plus since the tier started and was Diamond for years before that. I started with the Founders Card the first year and then earned my status every year after. After COVID most of the benefits disappeared but I remained loyal to Caesars even though the room quality and everything kept going down hill. I never gambled anywhere else and only used their Sportsbook app.

After paying extra for a strip view in the Augustus tower that didn’t have a strip view, (photo shows their idea of the strip view) I went down to the desk and expressed my disappointment and the clerk told me that they didn’t have any other rooms available because they needed to clean them. I asked about the wait and when she got the manager he told me that he wasn’t going to do anything and wouldn’t give me the comped room that was on my offer calendar. This was last August so they definitely were not sold out. I tried to contact corporate and got blown off, got a survey and marked it low and no response. There is no way to contact anyone at Caesars to express dissatisfaction.

I left and booked a room at the Fontainebleau. That weekend I didn’t do anything different gambling wise and they gave me a $250 food comp and waived valet and resort fees on the back end. My offer calendar is free, even on weekends, and my latest offer are free Billy Idol tickets in the VIP area with free drinks and snacks with free strip view room.

Next I tried the Cosmo. Bought a balcony fountain view room and did the same gambling that I would do at Caesars. They comped resort fees, parking, and paid for my room service bill. Now my offer calendar is free for balcony rooms, even on weekends.

So have any of you Caesar’s loyal fans tested the water, because I found out that the grass is greener on the other side.

Atlantic City TCM 5x not showing on my promos

when logging into my promos it doesn’t show the tcm promo for Atlantic City next weekend, but somehow it does show the 10x tcm for Vegas the next week, is there a reason why it wouldn’t display?

10x TCM Strategy Question

Attending my first tcm event in a few weeks, going for Diamond or Diamond +. Currently have 7,000 TC. I see that roulette on the video poker machines may be a good option by just betting $5-$10 on both red and black. Most of the time you break even and only lose if greens hit. I’ve seen people stack up TCM and spreading their bankroll out a few hours.

Has anyone ever tried this strategy? Any other suggestions? Willing to burn around $1k.

Seven Stars Retreat

Hi all, hoping to get some input if anyone has done the retreat before, and/or those who go to Harrah’s Cherokee.

I didn’t take advantage of the retreat last year so I’m definitely going to this year. I’m leaning towards Harrah’s Cherokee in NC. I’ve driven through that area but never spent much time in the Smoky Mountains. Any tips or disadvantages on this location/casino before I decide on it? I’m aiming for October so I can catch the foliage too.

Curious about your opinions on the best locations, if not Cherokee. I don’t really want to go to SoCal or New Orleans (I’ve been to these areas before although not the casino). Appreciate any and all tips!

I got 60x for the multiplier promotion. I do not normally play slots. I played $600 through the yeti game at $5/spin and $400 at $5/spin. I lost it all. What sort of reward credits should I expect for this play? Thanks!

First time staying at Harrah’s SoCal. I’m Diamond plus but only have ever been to Vegas. Any tips?

Since I’m diamond plus I know I get all the perks like 3 free drinks a day valet parking, sometimes upgrades in Las Vegas. Does any of this apply to Harrahs in Southern California? I’ll be staying there a few nights this week wanna know what I have to look forward to and also some surprises I might come across. I see a lot of mixed things on other forums on Reddit and don’t see too much on the actual website any tips? would be great to know ahead of time! also maybe let me know anything I wouldn’t be able to get that I would get in Vegas with diamond plus.

Question about 10x TCM @ property I’ve never visited

Hi all, I saw there was a 10x TCM in Reno end of this month that I’m planning on attending. I decided to check my app for offers and I noticed I didn’t have any offers for Reno property (I’m guessing cuz I’ve never visited). I was wondering if I need to get the offer in app and accept it in order to get the 10x TCM offer? Or can I just swipe my card at the property and accept the offer at the kiosk during the 10x timeframe?

I called Caesars and heard mixed answers if I needed to accept the offer on the app before it starts in order to quality or I can just do it when I arrive. Any help on this matter would be very appreciated, thanks all!

What are Venetian comps like?

The property is obviously beautiful, but it seems there’s no others (other than Palazzo)….I’m a Caesars player, so there’s definitely other casinos nationwide to rack up play. What are your experiences?

January 2027 TCM date predictions

I have been asked to provide guidance, as the perceived expert on Caesars TCMs, on the subject of Caesars 2027 Tier Credit Multipliers, especially for Las Vegas in January. This is a long post, so please read it carefully and fully.

One thing you need to keep in mind is that Nevada is divided into 4 distinct Marketing Regions for Caesars Entertainment. The four regions include: 1) Las Vegas, with 8 casino resorts 2) Reno, with 3 casino resorts and often called the "Row" 3) Lake Tahoe, with 2 casino resorts and 4) Laughlin, with 2 casino resorts. Each marketing regions is separate as far as schedules for TCMs, RCMs, and other promotions.

Another thing to keep in mind is that in Nevada, and several other marketing regions throughout the country, Caesars places an annual limit of 90,000 bonus tier credits earned through TCMs and other special promotions. But since each marketing region is separate, you can earn 90,000 yearly bonus Tier Credits in each of the 4 marketing regions. So for example if you visit Las Vegas and Reno, your effective yearly bonus Tier Credit cap is 180,000 Tier credits. So keep this in mind when you are planning trips to Nevada and there are TCMs in back to back weeks in Las Vegas and Laughlin or Reno and Lake Tahoe. Those region pairs are close enough to each other to plan a trip where you cover both TCM events and effectively 'double dip'.

In January of this year I planned a trip where I maxed out the TCMs in Reno, Las Vegas and Laughlin over the space of just 6 days. At the end of that trip, when you factored in Daily Tier Credit Bonuses for hitting 2500 or 5000 base tier credits in a day, I was just shy of renewing my Seven Star status for the next year. So effective trip planning can go a long way to maximize earning Tier Credits for Tier Status.

Now to discuss planning for January 2027 and beyond. With the impending purchase of Caesars Entertainment we can expect there will probably be some changes to the Caesars Rewards program. We have already seen some changes with the elimination of Daily Tier Credit Bonuses in three markets (Tunica, Biloxi, and Bossier City). I have no information on whether or not there will be fewer or more TCMs for program year 2027. I have already seen some locations change late 2026 TCMs to be RCMs instead, so only the Caesars and the Tilman Fertitta brain trusts really knows their plans. What I am about to discuss is based upon my over 34 year membership in the Caesars and MGM programs and what has happened at Caesars over the past several years. As the stock market investment people like to say, "Past results are not a guarantee of future performance", so anything from here on is just my best logical prediction, just like Mr. Spock would do.

Las Vegas Market:

In January there are two really large business conventions held in Las Vegas. There is the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 1/6-1/9 and the World of Concrete Expo 1/19-1/21. In addition there are several other large conferences including two IEEE conferences 1/9-1/12 and several medical gatherings. These conventions and conferences bring in plenty of people to Las Vegas, so Caesars won't hold a TCM during the same period as they don't need a TCM to bring in people. There is also the MLK day holiday, which brings people to the city.

Based upon all of this information, my best guess for a January TCM in Las Vegas would be either between January 11-17, 2027 or January 19-29, 2027. In 2026 the 10x TCM was 1/12-1/18, after CES and before World of Concrete conventions. In 2026 they also held a 5x TCM 2/2-2/5. When I look at the historical TCMs for the other 3 marketing regions this past January in combination with Las Vegas, I would say January 11-17, 2027 is the most likely dates for a Las Vegas TCM.

Reno Market:

Reno's historical January TCM is held immediately before the Las Vegas TCM. In 2026 it was held 1/4-1/11. Given this and my guess Las Vegas will be 1/11-1/17, 2027, I would guess Reno would be held 1/4-1/10, 2027.

Lake Tahoe Market:

In 2026 Lake Tahoe held their TCM about the same time as Las Vegas and a couple of days after Reno. Based on this, I would guess Lake Tahoe would hold their TCM around 1/11-1/17, 2027 (same as Las Vegas).

Laughlin Market:

In 2026 Laughlin held their TCM a few days later than Las Vegas but overlapped many of the same days. Based upon this my guess of Laughlin would be 1/13-1/19, 2027.

Again these dates for 2027 are just my GUESS and shouldn't be used to make any non-cancelable or non-changeable reservations. Don't get mad at me if I am totally wrong. I am a human, not a spokesperson for Caesars and I don't have any inside knowledge at this time. I probably won't start getting real information on 2027 TCMs until after Halloween 2026 and as soon as I have verified dates I will post them as part of my TCM list updates. So please don't bug me for any more information than I have already given.

I hope this very long post helps people to start using your own brains to figure out TCM dates. It's not hard to apply logic and to find historical information online to help you make your own decisions. Just remember to gamble responsibily and don't wager any more money than you can comfortably afford to lose. I consider my gambling budget an entertainment budget and I never go over budget.

Online Casino Rewards Credit Playthrough

I am planning on using my rewards credits for bonus cash in the online casino. Is there a minimum play through I have to achieve before being able to cash out? Does it depend on game type? I’m planning on converting 25,000-40,000 credits and I just want to make sure I am not locking myself in to some ridiculous play requirement.
