What are my chances of getting the late checkout fee waived at Caesars? (Platinum + tip)

I'm staying at Caesars using reward points and have Platinum status.

I usually tip the front desk $20-30 at check-in, and they've always waived my early check-in fee.

This time, I'm hoping to get the late checkout fee waived instead. I only need an extra couple of hours so I can spend a little more time at the pool before heading home.

My plan is to mention it at check-in and let them know in advance that I'll likely need a late checkout the next day. I'll probably tip around $30.

Has anyone had success getting the late checkout fee waived in a similar situation? What do you think my chances are?

Diamond and Above Free Show Tickets - What's the Trick?

Can anyone share some tips for getting the free show tickets that come with Caesars Diamond and above?

Last trip we went to the box office right when it opened, and there was literally nothing available for any of the worthwhile shows.

Can you pick them the day before? Any advice from people who've had better luck would be appreciated. Thanks!

Tier reset question

I’ve just got platinum and am half way to diamond and I’m not sure is there a way to keep my status next year or does it completely reset no matter what? And is there any benefits I should use before it resets?

New to Caesars and card - hot pro tips to start?

Recently stayed on property in Tahoe and got all signed up for everything, players club and Caesars visa. Doing lots of research here (you guys are the BEST) but still have questions based on our experience.

For example: how long do TC and RC actually take to hit your account? We saw our table and slot play hit pretty much on the day, but our spend on property (both TC and RC) is still missing, after a week - we used our card religiously for this. Other offers, like sending a referral link for TC, are also MIA.

What else can the pros tell us, starting out? What do you wish you'd known, or what pitfalls can we avoid? We have lots of travel and celebrations coming up and if we can CaesarsMaxx 😜 we're gonna! Thanks!

Thinking about switching from MGM to Caesars Rewards. Worth it?

I used to go to Vegas a lot more, but now I'm only making it out about once a year. I also stay at Caesars Republic (Lake Tahoe) pretty often during snowboard trips (I buy the season passes), so I'm wondering if it makes more sense to put all of my play into Caesars instead of MGM.

For those of you who are Diamond+ tiers, how have the benefits been? Have you found the comps and offers to be worthwhile compared to MGM?

My thinking is that I'd rather focus all of my gambling with one loyalty program instead of splitting my play, hoping it leads to better comps over time and of course, free parking. Am I overlooking anything, or does switching to Caesars seem like the better move given how often I actually go now?

Curious to hear from anyone who's made the same switch or has experience with both programs. Overall, it makes sense to me to switch over to get comps for both Vegas and Tahoe.

Does anybody know the rules of comp hotel rooms for caesars?

I recently booked a hotel stay for 4 nights at my local harrah's casino but on my rewards card I couldn't book a room(which they said I had comp rooms but no rooms were available and they wanted to charge me full price F that!) but my mom said if I added an extra family members reward number the chances of getting a comp room are greater so I added my aunt and bam it did the trick but the thing is my aunt is not around she lives 300 miles away but I'm paying for the security deposit and stuff. So the question I'm wondering is does she need to be there or do they just want a deposit for the room doesn't matter if she's there or not and I forgot to mention the reservation is under my name and primarily my rewards card. Sorry for getting into details about this but I just love hotels during the summer for the pool and to get out of the heat lol

D+ but still charged Resort Fees when Booking with 3rd Party

Recently I stayed at Horseshoe St Louis, but booked through Wyndham w/ points. When I presented my Diamond Plus card at the counter, they would not waive the resort fees ($23/day) since I booked through a 3rd party.

I was surprised that this perk was tied to how you paid for the room, since I wouldn't imagine other perks like free parking aren't. Also, I did the same thing at Horseshoe Las Vegas in April and they waived the resort fees with no issues.

Has anyone else run into this issue before? And if so were you able to resolve it?

Has the "Free Night Every 5,000 Tier Credits" benefit been removed?

I was looking through the 2026 Caesars Rewards benefits and noticed I can't find any mention of the free night benefit that was offered every 5,000 Tier Credits.

Last year we used ours to stay in a really nice suite at Paris. It was honestly one of our favorite Caesars perks.

Did Caesars officially remove this benefit for 2026, or am I just overlooking where it's listed?

Celebration Dinner Vegas July 2026

Wanting to use my celebration dinner next week as I will be in Vegas all week. Last year I used it for the Peter Lugar power lunch and added a steak upgrade, a beer and it was pretty close to $100. It was a solid offering, but have to get it between 11:30 and 3:30, so I was stuffed early in the day. Any other solid options for the celebration dinner?

Atlantis + Caesars Rewards: Tips I Wish I Knew Before Going

Just got back from Atlantis through Caesars Rewards and wanted to share some tips that would have saved us time and money.
Check-in
We stayed at the Coral.
I politely tipped the front desk agent $20 and we were able to get one of our rooms checked in early. Obviously not guaranteed, but it worked for us.
Airport Transportation
We used Jermaine’s Taxi & Tours for transportation to and from the airport for 4 people. It was around $60 from airport to hotel. He was very responsive on WhatsApp, arrived on time, and was extremely friendly. He also mentioned gas is around $8/gallon in the Bahamas, so I was happy to support a local driver instead of dealing with finding a taxi.

Caesars Rewards Tip
My husband likes to gamble, but I don’t. Since Caesars requires gambling activity for future offers, I played quarter roulette. I placed small bets that covered large sections of the table (for example, covering numbers 1-13 and another section of numbers). I ended up losing only about $3/hour while still having activity on my players card. It wasn’t exciting, but it kept my losses very low. You just need to log in 4 hours so you don’t get charged the full room cost. You can check your time at the players club.

Another tip: if you’re playing during the busiest water park hours, the casino is quieter and the cocktail servers seemed to come around more often. Just remember to tip them well.

Pool/Water Park
Get your chairs before 10 a.m.
We loved sitting under the two umbrellas near the hospitality area river exit 6. It’s close to the lazy river, beach, restrooms, and food. There should be 2 ice machines by the restaurant. I circled it on map.

Bring a Large Insulated Cup
This was one of the best things we packed. Ice machines were on the 6th and 9th floors at the Coral, and you can also refill ice at several outdoor restaurants throughout the day. Atlantis provides b
waterbottles but it’s difficult to add ice to those bottles.

Pool Drinks
The pool drinks are STRONG. Check the Atlantis app for happy hour specials. We found deals at Shake Shack (BOGO) and Cocodrilo’s (2-for-1 watermelon margaritas not that great)

Pack These
Water shoes (the pavement around the water park gets extremely hot). Everyone’s feet were burning going to and from rides.
Comfortable walking shoes
A hat
Plenty of sunscreen (it’s much more expensive on the island)
We brought Target Up & Up Sport SPF 30 spray and were glad we did.

Bring Snacks
We packed snacks from home. There is a small grocery store and liquor store close to the Coral, but the grocery selection is limited and expensive. It is very close walking distance. We got bag of chips for about $8.

Beach Drinks
There’s a guy named Charles walking the beach selling three pineapple drinks for $30. We tried them and they were good. That said, the pool drinks were about $15 each and honestly seemed stronger.

Leaving the Bahamas
We flew home on a Thursday around midday. The airport was much busier than expected. TSA moved fairly quickly, but the U.S. Mobile Passport Control (MPC) line was much slower. Give yourself extra time—we were getting nervous about making our flight.
Hope this helps someone planning an Atlantis/Caesars trip!

Caesars Visa Scam

Lost my platinum status because I stopped using the card. Then I figured I was use it to solidify my Platinum status for the year only to find out that is no longer a perk for cardholders unless you newly open an account.

Looked into it, see the new card option and figure I wont get any of the new benefits but shoot, Ill get the free night which would be helpful moving Florida to California this summer. Turns out after spending $150 you only get that THE FOLLOWING YEAR LMAO.

So no platinum unless you spent $10k or $15k how I read it and knowing how Caesars is a nickel and dime company now. Just absolutely insane from a company whose stock is down 70% the past 5 years and only continues to go down. It feels their only source of income is sports betting which people are waking up to how insanely predatorial it has become.

Used to be such a nice cheap card to maintain, and even at $150 annually it is an absolute SCAM. Losing $150 is fine but man I would have liked to use it for my hotel at the very least🤣

Ought to band together and take them down and everyone pull out. Fuck caesars.

Anyone with a similar experience and fixed their situation lmk, otherwise I am canceling tomorrow when their 8am-1pm office opens

NOLA or Biloxi?

Currently have a room comped at both locations for this weekend. Which property do you guys prefer? From what I see online the NOLA location looks nicer but my wife thinks Biloxi will be better.
