Petition to urge Herb Simon to step up to address WNBA officiating

Since the league office is clearly incapable or unwilling to change left to its own devices, it is time for WNBA owners to step in to address officiating. Join me in urging our HOF owner Herb Simon to lead the way.

2026-06-24: The League has to do something about Alyssa Thomas.

I don't want to make this about CC22 (other people are already doing that), but the refs have got to toss Alyssa Thomas when she plays dirty. AT gets away with way too much.

2026-06-24: Need five refs per game, not just three.

Three refs can't possibly see everything that happens.

And yes, as annoying as it has been hearing the refs' whistles every few seconds, more fouls need to be called until the players clean up their acts.

This should've been called a flagrant 1.

2026-06-24: Caitlin Clark left the game during the 3rd quarter with a back injury.

It appears that the incident involving Alyssa Thomas aggravated a condition that has been bothering Clark all season long.

The injury was serious enough that Clark did not return to the game.
