any black parts of Richmond anymore?

I moved to the Bay from Philly (Germantown) w my girl n kids, never been out of philly like that. people was telling me to move to North Richmond cause its supposed to be more similar to where im from but i went down there yesterday all i saw was spanish people. was wondering if theres any black parts anymore? we are trying to move near san pablo to be close to wifey family
