Hi there, new to the sub!
I don't know much about calisthenics apart from push ups!
With the correct angle though calisthenics can make you into a strong man. That I know.
My question is what can I do as an effective workout in calisthenics to help stay in shape whilst perhaps indulging a little on treats (hey it's holiday time)?
