From the adjudicator. Someone is supposed to call me by end of day tomorrow.

I got an initial denial so applied for reconsideration. I provided more documentation.

The first adjudicator wasn’t very helpful. Will I get the same one?

Also how is a nurse deciding my fate? Found that person on LinkedIn. They only started 4 months ago with CPPD.

I’m just frustrated. No money coming in, only 1 month of rent left. Eating everything I already have but no proteins left. So after working 40 years+ I’m rejected because it’s not severe or prolonged enough.

I’d like them to live a day in my body. Hoping for a good outcome but I doubt it will happen. If I don’t pay my utilities aside from my phone (which I need to communicate with them) I can spend $26.00 on groceries for October.

Can anyone in Ontario advise me if doctors are required to fill out the disability tax credit paperwork? I moved to a new city and got a new family doctor since I filed last time. Now that my credit has expired I’m not getting my $200 a month from the CANADA disability benefit and I need that. The receptionist at my doctor’s office has said that every doctor in our clinic refuses to fill out the paperwork as it takes them too much time. I used to have a nurse practitioner, she says she cannot fill out the paperwork. And there’s nothing that the CRA can do. I don’t want to file a formal complaint if I don’t have a leg to stand on. Any insights and advice would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
