Carson becomes third Canada-born literature laureate after Saul Bellow and Alice Munro
Hello everyone. I’m looking for the perfect book to give as a gift to someone international. I’m a Canadian by immigration and want to gift someone from the same culture as me, who don’t often get exposed to Canadian literature. I’ve read a few Canadian books since moving to Canada and my favourites include Scarborough by Catherine Hernandez, Too Much Happiness by Alice Munro and Five Little Indians by Michelle Good. I’m looking for a book that others would suggest as a true Canadian gem. I would really appreciate your suggestions. Thanks
