In 2026 we're seeing so many ports of old games for PS2, PC and N64, for example Opticraft. So it would definitely be possible to port Carnivores (1998), Carnivores 2, and Carnivores Ice Age to the PlayStation 2 and for other consoles. Carnivores Dinosaur Hunter for PSP and PS3 isn't perfect; we need a well-made version for PS2 and other consoles of the original games, mainly Carnivores 2 and Carnivores Ice Age.

I think the Carnivores fan community should try to bring the first three games to consoles. Imagine being able to play Carnivores 2 and Carnívores Ice Age from PC on PS2, Xbox Classic, GameCube, Dreamcast, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, and Xbox One. Even if it's necessary to change the names of the games, as happened with Minecraft which became Opticraft on the PS2.

I made these PS2 covers using Canva and the original covers. Carnivores Cityscape is just a bonus.

sometimes a carnivores creature can be annoying to hunt, whether it runs away at the slightest notice of your existance, or just straight up kills you do you think is the most annoying,agonizing thing to hunt

my pick is the carnivores legacy ornithomimus, this is a beautiful retro depiction of an ornithomimus but it’s just so painful to hunt, exclusive to the woods of turan choks; these guys are lightning fast, and are basically impossible to hunt unless you snipe it first

In The lewis sector i haven’t made any aquatic animals, until now! Meet the resident mosasaur of my made up sector hainosaurus!

This mosasaur can get quite big, with males reaching lengths of almost 40 feet! It’s based off of one retro mosasaur i found that fits carnivores perfectly, so it’s almost entirely based on that

Males are much larger than females and have a much more brighter and colorful head with a strip going down some of its body

Big Potato Stuff or Small Potato Stuff ?

The images of the model of course, in Tpose as well as posed since I have it rigged. Got 2 of my concept arts that were used. And then lastly I have a few reference images, marsupial Pteradactylus reconstructions, “generic brown bird”, and I also used the Benjamin Waterhouse Crystal Palace statues to inspire it as well.

Don’t know why but I really wanted this guy to be my first model I made, they would be filling a similar niche to birds, constantly being seen fluttering about or perching in trees. They of course can walk around but prefer to land in the safety of tree branches when not grabbing food or water.

It does have a beak, but its feathering covers the entire structure of the snout. Small whiskers on the face aid its keen senses. Soft tissue structures funnel sound towards the reptilian ears, not the only example of external “mammalian” ear structures developing in archosaurs.

Outside of the ears, it’s pretty much an accurate Pteradactylus actually. Hopefully I’m not biting myself too much with inconsistencies between critter designs for this setting.

Wanted to go for a low poly feel…. I learned that I’m pretty bad at sticking to low poly count. Managed to keep it under control as best I could though, so enjoy my “mid-poly” style from here on out.

Definitely feel like my second model is gonna be way more divisive as it’s way more out there and leans more into the modern animal inspiration as opposed to retro dinosaurs. It’s (not very well) hidden in one of my concept arts. Any guesses as to what my first actual dinosaur is?

My latest drawing is of a new carnivores spinosaur in my fantasy mod, Angataurama

these big brutes patrol the shorelines of the shallow seas on the Lewis sector, in search for large fish to eat, they are much more aquatic oriented than the other fmm spinosaurs, being actually more related to the dinosaur planets Sigilmassasaurus and the pristine kingdoms riparovenator

The males support a larger crest and size in general than females, with blue striping on the crest and blue dots around its sail, distinguishing the sexes

despite being a bit more laid back than other fmm spinosaurs, they are highly territorial and often pick fights with any species that steps foot in its tropical habitat
