Volkswagen XL1 200 units sold worldwide. Might get in trouble for posting this.

What’s everyones opinion on this?

I thought it was a prototype and i’ve now seen it officially for the first time. Built in 2015 this car is completely ahead of its time. Spotted this car in London. As a vw owner seeing this is crazy😱🤯🤩

Stats :
800cc engine - 10litre fuel tank
0 to 62 mph in 12.7 seconds
Up to 450 miles using fuel tank and hybrid system
20kw motor giving 31 miles electric range

A tiny 800cc two-cylinder that makes 47 horsepower.
An electric motor that adds 27 horsepower.
Combined for 68 horsepower.

Saw this outside St. Pancreas yesterday. I’m sure I’ve seen stories about it never moving. Am I making it up?

Sorry for the poor pic. I was in a rush.

EDIT: Walked past it again this morning. Yeah, it’s shagged. I can’t upload any other pictures.
Must be nice to have the cash.

My m2 problem

Hello all

So after a huge amount of dabbling on my search for a new “one shoe fits all” car I’ve settled on a long standing dream of an m2

No not the henious revised one as of recent , I mean the f87 m2 from about 10 years ago

But I cannot make my mind up on spec

Colour doesn’t phase me that much, but performance does

So

OG or comp is my first question
Manual or dct is my second question

I’m dabbling the idea of an og but open to all
Cheers

VW Touareg r-line (2015-2017). Any good? Better alternatives?

Looking for a family SUV that doesn't cost a bomb to repair and can perform on the road. Is the X5 better?

Never really spent money on a car before, was never much of a car person. Now I have 2

My entire car history is a 2018 Yaris hybrid for 3 years (from new). Then a 2005 Peugeot 206 my dad gave me.

Finally decided I wanted something interesting so committed to the XK8 in March. Really enjoyed it. So decided if I’m gonna be a Jaaaaag driver I may as well fully commit and got a 4.2 XKR.

1.1L Peugeot to 4L v8 Jag was certainly a change.

Spotted in a field in Eye (Suffolk)

I was out walking and I spotted this just sitting there.

It was in fairly good condition, bit of a shame as they are a rare sight on the road.

According to the MOT check it was last on the road in 2019 with about 44k on the clock.
