I have Fallacy of No Return, 51K HP build, Qiuyuan weapon, S0 Cartethyia and a Dream of using her with Phrolova and Cantarella or Sigrika and Cantarella, So is for S1 Cartethyia, Ciaccona needed?

Question in title. Who would I get the most out of these options above for Cartwheel S2?

Im a f2p and I'm planning to pull denia in the upcoming patch and with that I will have

Spectro (luuk, moryne, and denia),

Glacio(sk, carlotta and sanhua),

Fusion (changli, brant and lupa),

Havoc (phrolova, quiyuwan)

BUT

I only have aero rover and cartethiya for my Aero team and sharing sanhua again isn't a choice in TOA and endstate matrix modes

Should I pull for chisa (defense reduction and additional defense ignore by team) or ciaccona (works very well in whiwa) in the anniversary rerun?

(I don't know which is the better option coz hiyuki looks great gameplay wise and chisa seems to be a necessity for her....but I want my cartwheel to dish out lots of damage too)

I plan on getting a solid team from every element before I pull for other characters that I like

[I also have an electro team with xangli yao and yinlin but I feel like the damage output is a bit low]
