Ryder is a sweet, happy boy and is a great, petite travel size at just 41 pounds! Ryder allows for all over touch, and likes attention from the handlers. He walks easily on the leash, and is good about entering and exiting his kennel on lead. He’s just in need of a home to show him all the love he deserves.

🐶 Ryder was tested with Sherman and Shanzy and did okay. He does not like other dogs near his face, and does not like when other dogs come into his space suddenly. When we first introduced him to Sherman, he corrected Sherman twice before Sherman calmed down. When approached again by Sherman, but this time much more calm, Ryder wagged his tail and allowed him to exchange a rear end sniff with him. With Sherman calm, both dogs coexisted side by side just fine, but did not choose to interact much more. Ryder was stiff when we first brought out Shanzy, but after exchanging a rear end sniff, was wagging his tail and following her around sniffing her. He did get a little invasive with his sniffing, which Shanzy corrected him on, and he took the correction well, backing off for a short time before approaching her again.

Milo is at Belton TX animal shelter!

He was catchpoled and now he is frightened but so so gentle and wanting to trust but prob knows he will soon be killed. His star hold us up and they can kill him any time. The assholes in charges haven’t even bothered to list him publicly so nobody but us even know he is available and waiting for a savior.

Please if you live in Texas consider fostering even if u can’t adopt. Comment on “save a Heelers” post for him and we will try to find a rescue that can pull him. They pay any necessary vetting expenses and will get him a good home!

He is such a cute little panda bear he woukd get adopted quickly but not in that place where he may die at any time and he isnt even listed publicly.

And if you wish to adopt him. Call and email the shelter tell them you are coming and make the email subject line “Do not euthanize Milo adopter coming!”
