Neighbor commits animal cruelty and harassment throughout the span of months living here, was already reported for it and then escalated further by slashing my tires. Muted section at end where he says my name. He just gets angrier and angrier, tried protecting these community cats and eventually moved due to the nature of all this. While moving this sorry excuse of a person, passes by me and says "bye b****" and states that "I'm gonna continue harming the cats b****". Will upload a second part to this and another one involving another neighbor upstairs who tries to send her ex-husband to attempt to go through my porch, at least what I believe they tried doing. Someone tried to break into my car by drilling and then smashing my window. Anyone know who this is?

Am I the only one who finds this behavior strange? Why come all the way around to my door on the side of my house, just to walk away without knocking? I can't make out the logo on his shirt, so the only reasoning I can come up with is that he had bad intentions but changed his mind when he saw the doorbell cam. That said, maybe I'm just being pessimistic and not thinking of a valid reason for this behavior. Please let me know your thoughts!
