Europa League Final

Hi,

Bit of a long shot, just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere in Chester that will be showing the game tomorrow that will potentially have a couple of Villa fans for some atmosphere.

Cheers

Looking to make some new friends in Chester :)

22M

So I’ve always been relatively close to Chester all my life and even before moving for uni to the city, once or twice a month I’d always come up to Chester for a day out.

(30-40mins at best not far at all)

As my time in uni comes to an end I’m back in the position of having a pretty small friend circle, a lot of the friends I made are from different parts of the country quite a few hours and they are all going home, and back home I have a few close friends but well they’ve moved away and they have their own partners and lives, normal life stuff.

I would like to meet some new people, make mates while I’m always close and in the city :)

Feel free to drop me a msg if interested would be nice.

Is there anyone that is a vet in Chester, or knows how to get vet treatment for cheaper?

Basically the title. I am in need of a vet because of my cat, but I am in no financial position to afford what other vets have offered me treatment wise for him.

Recommend me a local vet please

Hey all,
Fairly new to the Chester area and I'm looking for recommendations for local vets. Not currently registered anywhere local and we're going on holiday soon, the cattery won't let them stay without up to date jabs.

Carpenter recommendation?

Hi all

Looking for a carpenter or kitchen fitter in Chester who can cut a solid oak worktop for my new kitchen. Anyone know anyone decent I can approach?

chester cattery reccomendations

hello! does anyone have any recommendations for any local catteries? We need to board our cat for 9 days when we’re away in August, and looking for recommendations... She is on a special diet for her weight so would be looking for somewhere that could work with her feeding schedule. Thanks!

Chester brio leisure centre

Hi does anyone know what the parking situation is at the brio leisure centre? Is there a charge for the car park and if so how much?

No snarky comments please 😊, I did try and google it for. Yes I will be using the facilities there haha.

7 a side football Chester

A bunch of us on here created a team in Chester last year to play in the Leisure Leagues on Thursdays at County Officers.

Unfortunately some players are unable to play regularly now due to life commitments etc., so I’m posting back on here to see if there’s anyone interested in joining?

We’re all aged somewhere between early 20s to mid 30s. If anyone is a keeper you can jump straight in every week, we usually rotate but none of us are particularly good at it; but really we’re looking for people who want to play regularly/every week no matter the position.

The level isn’t too high and we’re just there to have fun, but it is a league so it can be competitive so you’ll need to be able to run at the minimum!

Drop a comment if you’re interested and I’ll message you 👍🏼

Had a lovely afternoon wandering around Chester last weekend.

I finally got around to doing the full loop of the Walls and managed to get this shot of the Eastgate Clock. Even when it’s busy, the city still looks great. Does anyone have a favourite spot for a coffee near the clock? I feel like I always end up at the same places.

Where in Chester can I go for a posh drink on a Saturday lunchtime?

I am going to be in Chester in a couple of weeks and I am meeting a client who likes old-world traditional style stuff. Last time we went to the Grovesnor but I've read that's closed now. Where can I get a couple of glasses of wine somewhere that is a bit up its own arse?

new Chester site

OK so I am ready for some negative comments and that's fine.

Please have a look at my new site about Chester and give me some constructive feedback about what to improve what's ok etc

Any advice or tips gratefully received!
