USB & CarPlay not working

Hi y’all, I have a 2018 300 Limited. I use the USB ports in the console to charge my iPhone and to use CarPlay (mainly for the map). It was working fine yesterday when I picked up groceries and then next trip out it wasn’t working. It’s still lit around the ports, the “cigarette lighter” port works. But it won’t charge or show CarPlay on the screen. I’ve tried 3 different charger cords, I checked both fuses in the trunk and they are fine. Any ideas how to fix it?

Lighting help

I need some advice on lights. I have a 2022 300s 5.7 and the driver headlight just went out 4 months ago and it did again today. They're almost $300 a piece. And the lower light is like $600 from mopar. Does anyone have any after market suggestions or good experiences with lights that I could change. I just don't want this to keep happening and I keep dumping so much money into lights.

HEADLIGHTS!!?

Where can a guy get black and white headlights like this for a 2014 300. I see tons for 2015 and up are they really any different? They look like 2015s would fit

Front struts

My front struts are starting to go and i will have to change them soon. I think i will go for 2 quick struts instead of rebuilding them and spending $$$ and time. Are monroe's quick struts any good ? I can't find that will fit on 3.6 s rwd.

300C last call

Well guys, I recently purchased a 300c from car max with ~15k miles on the dash. Just noticed a few days after driving (didn’t drive at night time) that the passenger taillight is either out or really dim. Crazy part is the turning signal and braking lights work just fine.

Another thing to mention is that I believe aftermarket programming or light pannels mayve been added to the vehicle as when it’s remotely started there’s a “trickle” effect on the side markers which I don’t believe is stock.

In saying that I am still within my 10-day return period for giving the car back to CarMax and when I informed Them of the situation, they directed me to go back to Chrysler as the Factory warranty should still be in place. I have an appointment set up with them in about a week or so to check things out, but I don’t believe things will be covered over the Factory warranty as it is voided out through the aftermarket modifications that were made.

What are you guys’s thoughts on keeping the car returning it as I’ll be owning a 6.4 L engine that may have a lot of expensive repair repairs down the road without the factory warranty for that full 60,000 miles?

Edit: aside from all the bullshit, it’s a really fun and beautiful vehicle to drive around. Just not sure if I want to foot the cost of things that could inevitably go wrong. Additionally, does anyone know if it’s like an easy “factory reset” type of thing to make lights behave as they did when the car was first purchased?

Why do my 300 look so weird

Like idk if it’s the wheels or what but for some reason mine doesn’t look like the other ones I see on videos now IN PERSON it looks completely fine. Even in photos it look normal. I’m just confused on why it look like a monster truck or some shit on video.

Oil filter housing

So I had a shop change my oil filter housing for the aluminum Dorman. Noticed yesterday it’s leaking again. I only drive it on the weekends. Gaskets are oem, bought new when the swap took place. Should I just get new Dorman gaskets? Don’t believe the housing is broke.

Bought an 06 300c

Needs new brakes and new abs sensor at least, what else is common repair/maintenance? It’s got 91k miles on it runs and drives but is in limp mode. It’s been sitting for years. Looking to fix it up and either sell or keep to drive

2005 300c running worse after getting gas tank, fuels lines, and throttle cleaned by dealership

Hello for some context I have a 2005 300c and I saw it had an extended warranty of x53 and took it to get the free gas tank because I couldn’t fill the car up without it stalling on me. So they diagnose it and say it’s bad gas and that they have to drain the gas and clear it. So they do that and give us a call back and say the cars is running on 4 out of the 8 cylinders but when I took it to them with the “bad gas” in the tank it ran great with no misfire.
Could anyone help me understand what is wrong with my car?

Best HP bang for the buck?

I am looking to get back into the HP game A LITTLE BIT. When researching which car to get ONE of the cars I am looking at is the 300. Specifically the 2023 Chrysler 300 final edition/limited edition I see at the crank it is rated at 485 hp and 475 lb-ft torque.

Is this the best bang for the $ VS HP in the 300 line? Short of slapping on mods like SC etc or heavily modding of course.

I know the 2012–2014 Chrysler 300 SRT8 came close but I want newer tech than a 2014 can offer.

I have other manufactures I am looking at too. Just curious about the 300.

Also car does a lot of sitting, only driven on weekends.
