1991 Porsche 944 SE (S2)

~6 Year Ownership | Rare SE Example | 20 Service Stamps

Only £13,950 all in!

Sharp, balanced, and built to thrill - the Porsche 944 S2 is where precision meets passion.

The Porsche 944 S2 stands as one of the finest evolutions of Porsche’s front-engine, rear-wheel-drive sports car lineage. Positioned near the end of the 944’s production run, the S2 combined the balanced chassis that made the model famous with a significant boost in performance and refinement, making it one of the most complete transaxle Porsches ever built.

At its heart is a 3.0-litre inline-four engine, the largest four-cylinder production engine of its time, producing ~208 BHP. This gave the 944 S2 strong, smooth power delivery, paired with excellent handling thanks to its near-perfect weight distribution. Unlike the turbocharged variants, the S2 delivers its performance in a more linear and predictable way, appealing to drivers who value precision and control over outright boost.

Visually, the S2 borrowed styling cues from the more aggressive Turbo model, including a rounded nose and integrated rear spoiler, giving it a more modern and purposeful look. Inside, it offered a driver-focused cockpit with improved comfort and build quality, reflecting Porsche’s growing emphasis on usability alongside performance.

Today, the Porsche 944 S2 is widely appreciated as a sweet spot in the 944 range - offering classic analogue driving feel, solid reliability, and understated styling. It represents a period when Porsche was refining its engineering philosophy, creating cars that were as enjoyable to drive daily as they were on a twisty road.

Coming from just over 6 years with our vendor, this example is the SE model, only available in the UK market. Features include an immobiliser system, sports seats and steering wheel, auto heating controls, Blaupunkt amplifier and optioned sunroof. The Porsche is finished with 2 sets of keys, 20 stamps in its Porsche service booklet, a valid MOT until 2nd June 2026 and new front discs and pads fitted in June 2025.

1960 Alvis TD 21 Drophead Coupe - Cherished "7 AXK" Registration

1960 Alvis TD 21 Drophead Coupe. At a Glance**:**

Only ~200 Dropheads Produced | Historic Restoration | 4 Previous Keepers | Excellent Presentation | Cherished "7 AXK" Registration Plate

You can see hundreds more photos and videos of this car, and bid, here: 1960 Alvis TD 21 Drophead Coupe

Handbuilt British excellence offering refined luxury and effortless open touring.

Constructed alongside Bentleys at the prestigious Park Ward coachworks, a subsidiary of Rolls-Royce, the Alvis TD 21 was widely regarded as one of the best-built vehicles of its time. Renowned for their independent engineering talent and history in aviation engine manufacturing, Alvis applied that technical expertise to create some of the smoothest powerplants ever produced. When it debuted in 1958, the TD 21 featured a refined 2993 cc engine mated to an Austin Healey four-speed gearbox, along with modern advancements such as a hydraulic clutch, piston shock absorbers, and front disc brakes.

Offered with two body shells, fewer than 200 TD 21 drop-head coupes were manufactured during their production run. This rarity makes it one of the most exclusive British open-top four-seater roadsters currently available for auction. Reflecting the superior build quality and the elite clientele associated with the Alvis brand, it is a testament to their longevity that two-thirds of all TD 21 models produced are still in existence today.

With sufficient power to reach speeds of 100 mph while maintaining lavish comfort amongst high-quality furnishings, the Alvis TD 21 provides a genuine experience of British reserve, exclusivity, and panache. It represents an exceptional opportunity to own a vehicle of this calibre for a mere fraction of the cost of a comparable Bentley or Rolls-Royce.

This beautifully restored 1960 Series 1 Drophead is finished in elegant 'Alice Blue' with a matching blue leather interior, further complemented by rich walnut burr trim. With only four recorded owners, the car is accompanied by comprehensive documentation of its restoration. Currently held within a collection of sports cars, it is offered with its V5 and its original cherished number plate. A rare opportunity to acquire one of the finest hand-built cars ever produced in the UK.

1974 Ford Escort RS2000 (Project)

Non-Runner Project | '90s Restoration | Performance Upgrades | Exciting Project | 19 Years' Ownership

You can see hundreds more photos and videos of this car, and bid, here: 1974 Ford Escort RS2000 (Project)

1970s rear-wheel-drive high-performance motoring at its best.

The Mk1 Ford Escort was introduced in the UK at the end of 1967, debuting at the Brussels Motor Show in January 1968. It replaced the long-running and successful Anglia. The Escort quickly became a dominant force in rally racing, eventually earning a reputation as one of the most successful rally cars of all time. The Ford Works team was nearly unbeatable in the late 1960s and early 1970s, with perhaps the Escort's most notable victory being the 1970 London to Mexico World Cup Rally, driven by Finnish legend Hannu Mikkola. This triumph inspired the creation of the Escort Mexico special-edition road versions.

In addition to the Mexico, Ford developed the RS1600, which featured a Kent engine block paired with a 16-valve Cosworth cylinder head. These models boasted higher-performance engines, sports suspension, and strengthened bodyshells, making them ideal for rallying. Ford also introduced the RS2000 model as a more reliable alternative to the RS1600. Equipped with a 2.0-litre Pinto engine, the RS2000 was a robust and high-performing vehicle.

Coming to market after just over 18 and a half years with our vendor, this 1974 example is being offered for recommissioning, as it has been standing for several years; however, the good news is that it did have an extensive restoration in the early 1990s.

2005 Jaguar XK8 4.2 White Badge Edition

2005 Jaguar XK8 4.2 White Badge Edition. At a Glance**:**

Rare Run Out Model | Only 4 Previous Keepers | 13 Service Stamps | Nicely Presented | Keen Reserve

You can see hundreds more photos and videos of this car, and bid, here: 2005 Jaguar XK8 4.2 White Badge Edition

The final hurrah for the X100 comes in the form of a very desirable White Badge edition of the XK8.

Originally conceived in 1996, the Jaguar XK was the direct replacement for the ever-popular XJS, with the first generation of XK models marketed as the XK8. Being the first eight-cylinder model since the Daimler 250, the XK8 was the poster car for Jaguar's new AJ-V8 engine platform, which provided 4.0 litres of displacement (later increased to 4.2 litres) and shared its platform with the Aston Martin DB7.

Prior to the release of the second-generation XK in 2006, Jaguar introduced the XK8 4.2S Special Edition, featuring a higher base specification, four new colourways and special-edition badges to celebrate Jaguar's racing heritage.

This well-presented White Badge edition Jaguar XK8 comes from almost two years with our vendor, it has a nice specification, as it was one of the last XK8s produced, meaning they saved the best until last, with a fantastic colour combination and the wonderful 4.2-litre V8.

An exceptionally restored and maintained example of one of the world's most desirable cars; the Jaguar E-Type.

The E-Type remains one of the world’s most recognisable sports cars, a legacy established at its 1961 unveiling. In its purest roadster form, the model is defined by a sleek waistline, sculptural lines, and exquisite detailing. It is a testament to an era of superior aesthetics and craftsmanship. While the original was a performance icon, the introduction of the 4.2-litre engine added newfound finesse and flexibility.

Characterised by offering a more comfortable cabin, improved safety, upgraded trim, increased engine cooling and improved braking for greater usability without compromising the original's charm.

Fixed Price - 1967 Rover P5B Coupe - Low Mileage | Just 4 Previous Keepers - £18,450

See the full listing, with hundreds more images, videos, and detailed description, here: 1967 Rover P5B Coupe

At a Glance:

Possibly The Earliest Surviving P5B Coupe | Low Mileage | Just 4 Previous Keepers | Several Useful Upgrades | Solid and Smart Presentation In Need Of Light Cosmetics | Well Maintained | Home Market Car

Now only £18,450

Majestic, smooth, and powerful, the Rover P5B is considered the last of the true Rovers.

The Rover P5B was a natural fit for state duties, striking a perfect balance between dignity and approachability. As the first Rover to feature David Bache’s unitary bodywork, it paired a sleek, elegant silhouette with a traditionally luxurious cabin.

By the mid-1960s, the P5 had carved out a unique space for itself: it offered high-society respectability without the overbearing arrogance of more 'bespoke' British rivals. However, the true turning point came with the introduction of the Buick-derived 3.5-litre V8. This lightweight aluminium engine transformed the P5 from a sedate saloon into a formidable continental cruiser.

Because the V8 was actually lighter than the outgoing straight-six, it delivered a significant boost in power without the typical penalty at the fuel pump.

A favourite amongst high-ranking ministers, royalty, and those who appreciated robust engineering, the P5B was offered in two body styles - including the rare and distinctive four-door coupé. However, the V8's reliability and excellent parts availability, on top of an active owners' club, means that the P5B doesn't need a minister's salary to maintain.

First registered in November 1967, this P5B Coupé is finished in 'Zircon Blue' over a beige leather interior. It comes to market after almost three years with our vendor and has a remarkably low ~46,458 miles - believed to be original. Remarkably, the car has had only four owners from new. Its provenance is backed by over £12,000 in invoices, a recent service, and an MOT valid until June 2026.

Whilst the car is mechanically solid and well-maintained, it does require some light cosmetic attention to bring it to its full potential. Most notably, this example is believed to be the seventh P5B Coupé to leave the production line, earning it the distinction of being the oldest surviving Coupé on the road today.

The sale includes its Heritage Certificate, two car covers, the original owner’s booklets, and two keys.

1953 Jaguar XK120 Drop Head Coupe - Stunning Restored Example

1953 Jaguar XK120 Drop Head Coupe. At a Glance**:**

Only ~295 RHD Cars Built | Restored Example | Stunningly Presented | Impressive History File

You can see hundreds more photos and videos of this car, and bid, here: 1953 Jaguar XK120 Drop Head Coupe - bidding ends 28th May 2026

Elegantly styled with exemplary performance, the XK120 can only be described as legendary.

The launch of the XK120 at the 1948 London Motor Show was nothing short of a revelation. The original idea was to simply use the XK120 as a showcase for the new 3.4-litre straight-six engine, but the sweeping curves and perfectly proportioned body meant that Jaguar was soon inundated with requests to put the car into production. With the majority of cars going to export, in Britain, the XK120’s exclusivity was assured and was celebrated as the fastest production car of its day.

Staying close to the original concept design, Jaguar continued to evolve the car, with the initial aluminium bodies giving way to the steel body models, two additional variations of the original open-top body style were added. The last version of the XK120 was the Drop Head Coupe, which offered open-top motoring with an easy-to-close hood with full side windows. Furnished with a luxurious walnut dashboard, the XK120 was also making waves on the racetrack in the hands of Stirling Moss and Peter Walker, helping to create a racing pedigree and evolve the legend of the XK engine for decades to come.

First registered in November 1953 by Henlys of London, this is one of just ~295 DHC models made for the RHD market. Stunningly presented with a handful of useful but reversible mechanical and electrical upgrades, it was discovered in storage in 1980 and subjected to detailed and documented restoration in subsequent years. In the hands of its current owner, it has seen ~£20k’s worth of spending and comes with three binders of invoices and provenance. Meticulously maintained, while seeing regular use, we are proud to present you with one of the most glorious sports cars to have ever hit the tarmac, which comes to market from ~11.5 years ownership with our vendor.

1994 Porsche 928 S4 GTS - Rare, c.26 Years Owned.

1994 Porsche 928 S4 GTS. At a Glance:

~26-Year Ownership | Rare GTS Model | Lovely Condition | Schwarz Metallic

You can see hundreds more photos and videos of this car, and bid, here: 1994 Porsche 928 S4 GTS - bidding ends 28th May 2026

Combining effortless, high-speed performance with refined luxury – the ultimate evolution of Porsche’s V8 grand tourer.

Introduced in the late 1970s as Porsche’s vision of the future, the Porsche 928 marked a significant departure from the marque’s rear-engined roots. Originally developed as a potential successor to the legendary 911, the 928 aimed to combine the performance of a sports car with the refinement and comfort of a grand tourer – a bold move that showcased Porsche’s engineering ambition. With its sleek, aerodynamic design, distinctive pop-up headlights, and muscular stance, the 928 looked every bit the futuristic sports GT. Under the bonnet, it featured a front-mounted, water-cooled V8 engine paired with a rear transaxle for near-perfect weight distribution and balanced handling. This layout offered a driving experience that was smooth, powerful, and composed, ideal for high-speed touring as well as spirited drives.

The last evolution, in 1992, the 928 GTS offered a more powerful 5.4-litre V8 engine with 8 balance weights instead of 6 to enhance smoothness. This enabled a top speed of more than 170 mph. The GTS engine was smoother and more flexible than its predecessor while being quieter, smoother, and easier to drive. Changes to the chassis also included a wider rear track, larger front brakes, new-style alloy wheels, and updated bodywork with flared rear arches, a body-coloured rear spoiler, and cup-designed door mirrors.

In 2027, the Porsche 928 will celebrate its 50th birthday.

Coming fresh from ~26 years ownership, this car, Neville the owner tells us, was one of only 148 right-hand-drive models made for the final commemorative edition following the S4, and as the most powerful 928, it was given the GTS badge.

This listing was written from information supplied by Paul after meeting Neville the owner, and having visited and photographed the vehicle.

Few Ferraris divide opinion quite like the Dino 308 GT4, but time has been incredibly kind to Bertone’s wedge-shaped V8 grand tourer and prices have been on the rise.

What was once seen as the outlier in Ferrari’s back catalogue is now appreciated for exactly what it is; a characterful, analogue gated-manual Ferrari with unmistakable 1970s styling and a wonderfully mechanical driving experience.

This 1979 example has been with current owner David since 2020 and presents as an honest, usable classic. Finished in the iconic Red over black leather, it offers the raw and engaging feel that makes these early V8 Ferraris so appealing today.
