Thanks IPTAY! My 75 year old dad and 45 year member and season ticket holder can no longer walk from a parking spot to the game now that we have been pushed out to a 20 minute walk from the stadium because I guess we just can't compete with the Jones. Therefore he has decided to stop attending games. We understand growth and challenges associated, but to just consistently be disrespecting what got them there is shameful. Thanks for kicking my heartbrokem ole man to the curb...not

Have a free Saturday evening whilst visiting from the UK in November. Really keen to catch a college football game and will be about 4 hours from both Athens, GA and Clemson. Leaning towards Clemson as think the vibe suits us more but wondered what tourists can expect from match day? Am quite well travelled on the soccer front but have only ever seen American football in London, England which of course is a completely different vibe. As tourists are we likely to be part of the tailgating stuff or is this mostly for students? Sorry if a dumb question but just not my usual cultural practice.

Is Lot 1 designated/numbered spots, or do they fill it on a first-come, first-served basis?
The reason I’m asking is that I’m looking for 2 spots side by side for VT. I know Lots 10, 5, and 6 are options, but on StubHub it doesn’t show the specific spot numbers.
Are there any other lots near the stadium that don’t have numbered spaces? I remember the Earle Hall lot didn’t have numbered spaces at one point, but I’m not sure if that’s still the case.
