Hello everyone,

I've tried uninstalling from the phone, watch, rebooted both devices, and done it multiple times.

Whenever I try to apply a new watch face I try:

1. Open the clockology app on the watch
2. Open it on the phone
3. Click sync on the one I want to use

Every single time, the button goes GREY and nothing happens, no error, no feedback

All I seem to be able to use is the default watch face

I've also confirmed my watch is paired to my phone. I can use the remote camera as an example

1 thing to note, Im using an iphone 12, but not on the latest IOS (I have the 64GB model, and just can't free up enough space to update, but Im on IOS 26.5.2, so not really old). Watch is on the latest

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated

To display a Clockology face do you have to reopen the app on your watch every single time to see the face or can you have the clockology face as a default face?
