Sites should offer players a cool off option for players(24hours, 7 or 30 days for example)... It could help players who have had a rough time or are on tilt.
Everything is about the bottom line though I suppose... Though, I believe, sites should ethically give their players the option.

also who is Janey P? like a month ago I saw that account get first in a gold million and also first in one of the bigger tourneys on the same day. I also saw where this account is like top 5 for the most money made on the site.
ClubWPTGold has restricted my account to where I can't log in and denied my most recent withdraw for $4000 and have given me absolutely no reason why they did this
Ive already filled out a 1099 and have made several successful redemption withdraws in the past year with no issue. They typically took around 3-4 days to process and transfer to my bank. I finally hit my biggest win yet and made the final table of the nightly $33 Mystery KO last week with over 5,000 entries and immediately withdrew several thousand dollars. After four days of waiting I stopped being able to log into my account because they put it on restriction and said "contact customer service". They then sent me an email saying my most recent redemption has been denied. I've sent several emails back and have received no response. Will post update if I hear anything but it's been 4 days of unanswered emails and zero customer service.
In all honesty though this is my 2nd final table in a few days and I just started playing tournaments again and really cash games also after over a year of miserable mental health and financial hardship. It feels good to be playing again.
I managed to get two red bounty boxes in the mystery 150k last night and won 2 The Gold Million tickets. Of course, they both expire August 17th.
So if I don’t need to rebuy into the tournament on Sunday will the other ticket will just vanish?
Has anyone successfully had support extend the date or turn it into tournament $ or something else?
While having 2 bullets is comforting I guess, it’s pretty stupid to not have any options with these tickets.
I'm really tired of the ridiculous outcomes of this app. I've one and lost with more 2 and 3 outers in the year and a half that I've been playing this than in the 30 years of live poker before it came along. I love the low buyins and the convenience but the app is totally and unequivocally unrealistic. And for that reason and that reason only, sadly, it sucks.

anyone else getting this error mid sunday grind?
I qualified for August 16 $218 gold million from a $33 feeder. Gameplay is stopping August 8th for all AZ residents, I redeemed my SC balance but curious about auto feed tournament entries.
I emailed support and they said to message them back after Aug 8th so they could “offer guidance” but email also reiterated that I bought “hand analysis” and the SC is just “bonus chips” so I’m feeling like the follow up email will be “Sorry, you’re SOL”.
Has anyone dealt with something similar with their support? Obviously I’d like to get $218 redeemed since I’m unable to play in that tournament now but I’m also not holding my breath.
So everyone saw that Arizona is no longer part of WPT. Their stupid geo-locator system says I am in Arizona instead of New Mexico.
So they’re not just losing one state but two because they don’t use a more accurate system.

I cashed out about 20k 6 days ago. It still says pending in my transaction history, is that normal ? What I've read on their site is that it takes 1-3 days for a security check then upto 5 days to receive. It's been 6 and it still says pending, they took the money 6 days ago it cleared 5 days ago. No response from support but it will let me cancel the withdra and get back the funds. Just seems a little shady to me
On day, seven now of a maximum redemption request. Have redeemed many times in the past. Have never had this take more than 48 hours. Seen other people with the same complaint. No idea whats going on, support is not responsive
Is WPTGold leaving Arizona forever now? Any way to play from this state? Can I play from California? I am on the border of both states that is why I ask this.
