RetroBat on PC: Why Won't My Colecovision Roms Run?

I'm trying to run Colecovision Roms via Retrobat on my PC and have 2 questions:

When trying to load a rom, I always get this message: "Warning: The system has missing BIOS files and the game may not run correctly. Do you want to continue? (Yes/No)"
If I say "Yes", I get the standard Colecovision Game Start Menu screen (1-8 choices), but choosing a number on the PC's keyboard does nothing.

Can anyone help me out with this? What's the name of that missing BIOS file and, once found, where do I put it?

I know that the roms are good, since they're playable on my Atari Gamestation Go.
