Jack Kirby signed FF #73. Authentic?

Was wondering if this is with getting CGC x JSA authenticated. From an estate sale in Southern California. Originally owned by a comic collector going back to the 50s. Has a stamp from Passport Book Shop, a store near where Kirby lived that held many signings in the 70s and 80s.

Star-Lord 1 Kid Cudi Man on The Moon : The End of Day homage variant

I’ve recently decided to go through my collection and start pricing books to sell, and I can’t really find any listings of this book. Any info on it would be appreciated.

ASM 1000

Was able to secure an “all covers” bundle for ASM 1000 for $399. That incudes all ratio variants, including the 1:200 that is selling for $399 already.
Anyone else speculating this book? Can’t wait to see any NYCC exclusive covers for it!

Grad Authentication Digital Signature Verification Service!

Wanted to share something that I am sure to use in the future- My Amazing Spider-Man 1 had an unverified Stan Lee signature. I didn't want to get the book graded (cost, time sink, preference for raw books) so I tried Grad Authentication after seeing Rick Harrison from Pawn Stars post about it on his instagram page! Highly recommend- the verdict came back in less than 4 hours!

Best way to sell comic collection - in general NOT HERE lol

Hi all - I went over the rules and don't think I'm violating any rules. If I am let me know and I'll either change it or remove the post.

I'm having to get rid of things as I'm going full time RV. Going through my storage unit I found a box of my old comics. Probably the last time I bought a book was in the early 90's. I just spent a few days scanning them all into CLZ.

I don't want to just 'throw them out' - I do care and respect the art too much to do that. I also don't want to spend a lot of time 're-homing' them lol. I was thinking of just putting them in a box and putting them on eBay in one big lot unless you guys have a better idea?

FRANK MILLER SIGNED INVINCIBLE FROM MEGACON

Hello all. I apologize if this is not the correct sub for this question but I have seen that this one is generally the most helpful and friendly.

Does anyone know if and where these 1500 issues of Frank Miller signed Invincible #1’s are numbered and or noted or if there should be an accompanying COA? I have inquired of a couple sellers if there is a COA and they both said there isn’t any. When I said that other sellers have them, they said they were phonies.

ASM 1 Comparison for Batman

Hope this question isn’t too convoluted, but I am trying to figure out what Batman comic is comparable to ASM 1 (CGC low grade) in terms of its value (6-8k) and the rate in which the value of the book increases? To get the conversation going, detective comics 140 comes to mind, the first appearance of the riddler.

What the heck happened to Captain America #117 First Appearance of the Falcon!

What the heck happened to Captain America #117 First Appearance of the Falcon I believe people weren't ready for him to take the Captain America role yet. I always liked the Falcon as a supporting character, aka a sidekick, but I do think he could have been the new Captain America down the road, but they did it too soon in my opinion, but it does make sense since the Falcon has probably been a longer ally to Captain America, but overall, how do you think about the current market situation on Captain America #117?

Wolverine favorites

My copy of Hulk #340 just arrived. I'm super happy with its condition & the price I paid for it. Got Wolvie #1 from a friend who bought it the month it was published. Not sure if I'll grow my Wolverine collection more but I'm ecstatic to have these issues.

What are your favorite Wolverine covers?

Which would you rather?

So on New Year’s Eve five years ago, I got wasted and bought a low grade ASM 1 off of eBay. At the time, I think I got deal because today it’s definitely worth more. And while I love Spider-Man, for some reason today I’m not as crazy in love with the book, just definitely appreciate its historical significance. So to get to my question, would you all rather own an ASM 1 low grade, or ASM 14 and 129 at mid grades?

Got it for 150$ can I expect this will go up in value as a minor Batman (#67) key from golden age?

Comic itself is in 3.5 but the case got a lot of beating, cracking on corners,..

But is there an expectation issues like these will go up in value, when it’s not a big key? And demand for it is probably low.

I suppose it will not go down in value and it will naturally follow inflation levels. But nothing more.

Also 1st appearance of Brane Taylor, Batman from the 31st century, but not recognised by CGC. Only as Joker appearance.
