Going to attempt Executive for the first time in june. Am I being reasonable

Hi guys so june will be my first CS executive attempt. I had told my dad to register only for 1 group considering the enormous syllabus of both groups. I'm doing self study and I'm coming from a science background too. Should I start studying for December attempt from now? Planning to give only g1 papers this june without CAFM cause I don't know shit. I will be taking coaching after june for CAFM. Also any tips to score 60+ in JIGL completed 7 chapters need to finish 7 chaps. Looking to score atleast exemption in 1 paper this time. Am I being reasonable??

No started prep for June, 1st attempt.

Guys i haven't started preparing for the CS June attempt. I thought i will start preparing after my sem exams which got over at May 10, one month allmost solid preperations. But it May 21 today and i haven't started yet. Should I even write the exam atp? Should I even try? I am scared of studying once I go back to college, because my roommate is annoying, she literally copies everything i do, whenever she sees me study she sits for studying. I started reading a book and she bought a book and started reading the next day. When i told her that I had registered for CS, she was like yeah I will also register then for next time. This might seem all silly and trivial for anybody but I feel like I am under constant supervision on what I am doing, if I am studying while I am living with her. She might also start preparing for CS now if she sees me study once I am back in clg.

Any advice, thoughts or comments please???

Startup founder here. What’s the most mind-numbing clerical task you still do manually? (Building a tool to assist, not replace)

Hi everyone,
I’m a software startup founder exploring the accounting and audit space. I know there’s a lot of hype right now about "AI replacing CAs," but honestly, I don't buy it. You can't replace professional judgment. Instead, I want to build a tool that acts as a digital assistant—eliminating the grunt work, saving you hours of billable time, and reducing data-entry errors so you can focus on actual analysis and advisory.
Right now, I’m looking at automating the entire receipt and invoice processing pipeline. The workflow I have in mind is:
You (or your client) upload a massive dump of messy, unorganized receipts and invoices.

The system scans them to extract all the critical data (dates, vendor names, amounts, tax/GST numbers).

It instantly generates a clean, formatted Excel sheet mapped exactly how you need it for tax filing or audit sampling.

Before I write a single line of code, I want to hear from the actual experts on the ground.
My questions for you:
Is the receipt-to-Excel workflow an actual bottleneck for you? Or do your current tools (or clients) already handle this efficiently?

Where does the workflow break? What are the edge cases that current software always messes up?

What else sucks? Besides receipts, what other repetitive, clerical tasks (formatting messy bank statements, matching ledgers, data cleaning) make you want to pull your hair out during busy season?

I want to build something that actually solves a real headache, not just another useless SaaS tool. I'd appreciate any honest feedback, daily pain points, or even a total roast of the idea.
Thanks in advance!

Cs executive exams clashing with college exams

I've filled my cs executive group 2 exam form for June 26 but now my college exams are clashing with it.

However it can be manageable because the exam time is different and somehow it can be managed but the thing is that I've not covered my entire syllabus and didn't even revised for once the syllabus now, the exam is in 10 days and I don't know whether I will be able to cover it or not, also I've to prepare for my bcom exams and I don't think so that I get any time during my cs and college exams to study for bcom exams

Now I'm in dilemma whether to attempt or not the cs exams also I don't want to end it by scoring less in each of them so I'm thinking to skin June 26 and give dec 26 both groups

Can you please guide me of what should I do also I'm a ca inter aspirant as well and I've to gave my attempt in may 27

Genuine Advice!!!!

Hey seniors, I’m planning to pursue CS after 12th along with B.Com Hons. I honestly don’t know much about the preparation strategy, what beginner mistakes people usually make.

Would really appreciate some genuine advice from people already doing CS or who’ve gone through this phase.

Thnx:)

Need advice regarding Company Secretary course

Hey everyone..

Im 17 and planning to pursue (CS)...I have a few doubts and would really appreciate some guidance.

How much Maths is actually involved in CS? Im not very strong at it 🥲

Also what is the approximate cost of the course?

What would be the best degree to pursue alongside CS?

And are there any other things I should be aware of before choosing this path??

Most of my family and friends are from a science background, so I would genuinely appreciate some advice from people who know about this 🙏🏽
